This is a 5 star hotel! All the amenities you should ever need! Highly recommended

Everything was so clean

Great location close to the expressway, close to the airport and close to many restaurants as well. Newer hotel, very clean and nice rooms. The rooms have a larger refrigerator, a dishwasher, sink, microwave and cooking top so it's more than a basic hotel room.

I did not like the noticeable condition of the couch (cigarette-type burn holes in one of the cushions). I informed the front desk about it as soon as i checked in, and the response I received was, "Thanks for letting me know." That was it. Nothing else. I was, at the very least, expecting the cushion to be changed out.

Shower is amazing.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and large room. We loved the shower and shampoo/soaps. Breakfast was de ent with good choices. Coffee was pretty good. The location was easy to drive to and had good parking overnight.

Check in easy,rooms were so clean,good breakfast,Staff was awesome The location was surrounded by anything you needed from the department stores,the mall,good restaurants,quiet area,casino in the back I traveled with my family and we been staying here every time we are in Kentucky 10/10

The breakfast was straight I'm a vegetarian so I'm limited in what I eat i just don't eat meat I had no complaints

Overall well maintained hotel

The staff was very helpful. The room was clean. The lobby was clean. The breakfast was lovely. Our driver on the shuttle back to the airport was very kind and friendly. Enjoyed fresh clean linens that were adequate and did not have to ask for more linens.

In for a quick overnight sleep and was very impressed with this hotel and suite. Excellent facility.

Very clean and modern. Loved the location. There is a Target and several restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed Fords Garage for dinner specifically. The Casino is also walking distance if that’s why you’re staying here. We were going to a baseball game in Cincinnati. We didn’t want to stay in the city so this was a great choice for us. We had a king room and had ample space. The desk would be great for anyone on a work trip. I liked having the sofa. It was comfortable and provided additional seating besides just the bed. The kitchenette would be handy for someone staying longer than just a day. The breakfast was very nice with several options. One of the best topping options for oatmeal that I’ve seen at a hotel. Scrambled eggs, bacon and biscuits and gravy were on the hot bar as well as make your own waffles. Juice, milk, pastries and cold cereal were also offered. All of the staff that we interacted with were helpful and friendly. I will be recommending this location to friends. I cannot think of anything negative to say about this property.
