Nothing Everything, old bed sheets not cleaned, small steps, i felldown from second floor, its just an oyo room, saw many couples. Not good for family

Room not properly maintained. No air freshener provided in the room. Bathroom is not properly cleaned and no toiletries provided, even a bath towel. Room boy has seen only at the time of check in. Room lighting not up to the mark. Bath room mirror seems dirty, floor mat also dirty.
