We only like the staff who work in the reception. We normally travel to different cities very often. Always book the rooms through Booking.com. this is our first experience getting a bad room to stay. The room is not maintained as it shows in the pictures, the bed was not comfortable. Towels are very old. No amenities in the rooms such as coffee , tea sets and wash room amenities etc.. The A/C was not properly working , very hard to contact reception. The TV remote was missing in the room. Breakfast timing was 7:00-9:00 , unfortunately the breakfast was closed at 8:00 as per the staff when we went up there. The overall experience was very poor. Never recommend this property to anyone.

We went for an appointment to attend at VFS Global. So location wise good. Clean room, Good a/c, good breakfast We expected much bigger room- This was just business type- might be my judgmental error while booking or bcz of fancy pics depicting a much bigger room - 3* ? not at all. Front office was not much helpful; just like "you manage yourself" attitude. My wife was with me; yet nobody came to help with our luggage or to show the room even ! Many times the reception give wrong wifi password- the guy was in a hurry to change shift, I guess. Bcz when we returned after dinner it was another chap who had no clue about our matter !

Room had cockroaches. On my request they cleaned, but quite a few re-appeared. On Bed, On wall, in wash room. They must fix this issue.
