Very relaxing in the center of es canar The pipes of wc leak water, dropping often above us. It was much too damp in that room. The problems was that the staff don't speak english

The staff were so friendly! Especially Liz....a credit to your team! The value for money was so so good, the finishing shabby chic touches they used throughout the hotel made you feel like you were staying at an expensive boutique hotel for a quarter of the price. The free coffee each morning, my fav part of the day sipping a cappuccino in the beautiful garden settings. Beds and pillows were comfortable. I've been visiting Ibiza for 18 years and this is really one of my favorite places I've stayed so far, especially considering the more than fair prices. The only thing would be the bed that was on wheels (I think it was). If you wanted to have some 'loving' with your partner, it was really quite difficult as the bed would move and was very loud. But honestly, everything was fantastic!

It had quite a nice outside area. Room was not clean, toilet sprinkles of pee allover, bed was super fragile, floor was full of dust/dirt. No blankets, total contrast to the pictures they had in the description. A Desaster. And in the end when we spoke to the hotel manager, he blamed us to „harass“(!!!) the people working there. This unbelievable arrogance and feeling superior about „cheap“ tourists (we still paid 60€ per night) is just beyond human. Never again with this posh and disrespectful hotel manager. I understand that it was just the start of the season, but all of this was just pure arrogance and not one single bit of kindness and service. Ah, and btw. also breakfast was terrible, if you have no other possibility to stay than there go to one of the cafes around the corner and grab a coffee/tostada there. Also the rooms where smelling after mold. The worst stay I ever had since I’m older than 2 years old.

This fitted us perfectly. Cosy, simple, very nice staff, ac, great bed, would definitly recommend.

The location is great, and I loved that it was a small place, so not too many people there. My favourite part was sitting in the courtyard area which was beautiful, and having my morning coffee. For the price the property was excellent. I think perhaps the rooms could be slightly more sound proofed. The bedding was only a sheet, and there were no blankets when I asked for one. This wasn’t a huge issue, but I would’ve liked a blanket ideally.

Loved the decor of the pool and outdoor area. They need to put sound proofing in between rooms and on the stairs. As hardly able to sleep. Kept on getting interrupted sleep through people coming and going. I spoke to another guest who felt the same as me.It badly let's this hotel down. Need to provide a small bar of soap for guests. More fruit juice options required.

Very nice and friendly atmosphere, always trying their best to cater our needs… always with a big smile on their faces!! Truly an amazing experience so wholesome!! The outdoors space just perfect!! Breakfast simple but sooo tasty!!!! And the best coffee ever!
