The parking was okay, but the overall experience was very disappointing and uncomfortable. There was a lot of activity around the property, including people coming and going and instances where guests were being harassed. During the night, I received multiple phone calls from men asking and looking for a woman. Around 2:30 a.m., strangers were also knocking on my door, which made me feel very unsafe and unable to sleep. Unfortunately, when I tried to report these issues to the front desk, the staff was not helpful. On one occasion, the staff member simply hung up when I was trying to make a complaint. The hotel needs to take guest safety and security much more seriously and provide better support when guests report problems. I would not recommend staying here based on my experience.

The property is old and dated, room smelled like old smoke, air conditioner was loud but worked well, the room was cleaned every day, fresh towels, beds made, bedding had hair on it. I would not stay there again, pricey.

My daughter left a ring and they would not help with shipping it back. Just right out said they wont help, they dont have to. I will never stay there again.

Nothing The Manager wouldn't let me check on, he (wrongly) claimed he had "trouble" (unspecified) with me in a prior stay. This was false, I never had any problems there, and I stayed ther Ine twice in the past 3 weeks without incident. Regardless, I didn't stay. But I was billed by booking.com for $193! Even though I was told I would "pay at the property"

Comfortable, clean, good location. Guests were a little noisy, couldn't leave drapes open without people gawking and looking in.

This is in a not nice area of town. Having said that, the rooms were larger and very clean. There is a c-store and a Dutch Bros in the same lot, convenient. Pool was ok, for being in the parking lot. They did try to zhush it up with some nice landscaping. Right next to the downtown, which is where my function was so I was ok with my pick, but would not seek to stay here again, just a rougher area than I prefer. No breakfast, just coffee in the lobby, no room coffee provided at all.

We stayed one night and enjoyed it. The room was clean, it was quiet and slept so well.

The room didn’t appear to be dirty but unfortunately there were roaches. I picked up my bag and there were two babies underneath it. My nephew also saw one on the wall. The air conditioner threw off too much condensation and our room felt extremely muggy. The mattress on our pull out bed was a solid 3 in thick. Overall, I won’t stay here again.
