It was a good value. It did the trick. Provided us with a good night's sleep on a lower budget.

I arrived late at the premises and they held my room until we arrived there. The AC was running it was good

There was a stench in the room, not a cleaning products, had to go out and buy for freshener, stayed out of necessity as was traveling with kids, would not return.

The property was clean and well maintained and locatedin a safe area with close amenities. The roses and flowers on the property were absolutely stunning. They offer a simple yet good breakfast which is always a plus. Definitely worth the value. What really stood out was the staff. They were above and beyond helpful and friendly.

The room was fine. There was a drain in the bathroom that had a septic smell once in a while.

Nothing, I did not stay at this location because there we’re safety issues for me and my family when I pulled into the parking lot and witnessed a drug deal, prostitution, and abandoned cars in the parking lot. I disliked the deceptive ratings for this location. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will be returning again next time I come into town.

The room was clean and fine aside from the hairdryer not working. The breakfast was a joke: there was only waffles, a few pieces of fruits, cereals with milk and some yogurts. No eggs, no bread or muffins, no oatmeal. And no place to sit!! You had to take your breakfast in your room! If you are a man on a business trip you’ll be fine but don’t bring a family.

Good and clean

Location was close to the freeway and easy to get to my destinations: Stone Brewing and Gardens (RIP) and The SD Safari Park. Room was clean. Room was very basic. Shower drain was slow to empty. Breakfast was very light with not much there.

Some hotels don't have coffee in the room and I appreciated that and the fridge. The only negative is the area is a little sketchy but it's not the hotels fault.

There were ants coming in through the AC. And they weren't on top of the bed. And the floor as well and not good cushion on the bed.

Great little hotel. The staff was great and the rooms were clean. My elderly mother and I stayed and we felt safe. Lots of restaurants nearby and a movie theater. I wish the breakfast was better, only wallfles, juice, yogurt and coffee. I would’ve liked a hard boiled egg or something with protein so we skipped breakfast the second day.

Water damage in the room. Bed is very stiff and uncomfortable. Tiles outside are not sealed so when you walk it is very unsteady. If you are in the front, then you have no elevator access. Remote to the TV only works if you are 2-3 ft away from the TV. Their version of continental breakfast is questionable.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was not big, but it looked like it had been recently renovated. It was clean, and the king-size bed was comfortable. It's very nice that there's an elevator to the 2nd floor, which is where my room was located. The TV was not working in the room. Upon checking out, I informed them, so it was probably fixed. It would've been nice to have water in the room, even if it was for sale.
