Hyatt Select Philadelphia Airport

I had some difficulty contacting the hotel for airport pickup, but eventually they answered the phone. Other than that the hotel was nice.

It was clean & new. Obviously going through construction. The shuttle person was very accomodating Breakfast was incomplete. Not everything advertised was available. There were no additional security locks on the doors. (like the bars that are often available) There was rattling of the door knob in the middle of the night which was scary & the answer to my query was "Front Desk. Making sure that everything is ok". The shuttle did not have adequete safety features or a step stool to get into/out of it.

Free parking. Love the room. Bed is comfortable

Airport shuttle pulled up to front door, on time. Driver and hotel staff were friendly.

From check in to check out, the staff was amazing! The room temperature was cool and the room itself was very clean.

The room looked recently renovated, was very clean, and surprisingly cute. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good but somewhat lacking in options. 10/10 would stay again

Very welcoming staff. Property clean, borders a beautiful park and waterfront! Walking distance to eateries. Great breakfast in am.

But it's a week later and my deposit hasn't been returned yet. I was there for six hour. I slept, I showered, I left.

Our experience was awful. We checked in late at 9 PM and the host at the front was already sleepy and he wasn’t responding well. The moment we stepped in to our room the lock was broken, curtains were broken, no shower gel, the intercom phone isn’t working. I tried to reach out to the front desk host and he is gone. Waited for 20 mins i see no one there. Not worth it and never visiting again here.. terrible

This was the best place I stayed around Philly. I will stay here every time I am home visiting.

Fantastic hotel - there is a park near and it was beautiful. The hotel was right at a marina on the Delaware River. And right next to a park dedicated to the Swedish settlement. Decent parking and good breakfast as well as a really nice room.
