Disappointing

I was there eight days and only got my room service once . N I had to ask the front desk 3 days to get my room service.at the hotel is very bad.

Room was absolutely disgusting filled with stains everywhere, broken furniture broken bathroom mirror it honestly felt like a homeless shelter

The reception staff (a lady) is not very polite and does not want to say a single word (unless I ask) during check-in — not sure if it is because English is not her first language. Breakfast is quite simple but OK: one table is shaking, needs to be fixed. This hotel has a free shuttle to and from the airport, which is a great help. It also has huge parking areas. Given its low price, it is not a bad deal.

Straightforward and friendly check in and very nice room on the 4th floor. Room had good AC, a small fridge and coffeemaker. Very comfortable bed and a peaceful nights sleep. The shower was great - hot and powerful. Breakfast was really good. 1 of the 3 lifts wasn’t working so it was quite a wait, neither was the ice machine on the 4th floor. Some noise from neighbouring rooms. The plug in the hand basin didn’t work. The restaurant was uncomfortably hot at breakfast.

When I left that terrible hotel Smells bad, floors are horrible, housekeepers stole my watch and air pods … non smoking hotel but every room smells like cigarettes, owner is very rude. No phones in the room, sheets were dirty, tub and sink was stopped up. I can go on and on

To be there is to understand

The place was run down and musty smelling but the front desk staff were nice. I was nervous to see the room but the bed was surprisingly clean and comfortable and the bathroom was decent but the AC in our room didn't work. There is a 24 hour airport shuttle which was appreciated as we unexpectedly had to spend the night after an 8 hour flight delay. Only 1 of the 3 elevators were running and even that one seemed like it would break down soon. It was fine for one night but could definitely use some upgrades.

Common areas were a little rough. Elevators were really rough. But our room was clean and comfortable.

The place is so old and filthy!!! Panels missing in the ceiling and wallpaper peeling off all over. Staff was a bit grumpy and the patrons were trashy. I didn’t feel safe staying there by myself but I didn’t have another place to stay. Would never stay there again!!!!

The staff were absolutely wonderful. This hotel is always clean and very comfortable, always.

Don’t be fooled by the pictures

The property has roaches, the bathroom sink was clogged up after I brushed my teeth, and the remote control was missing.

They don’t clean rooms. It’s an abandoned homeless brothel that still charges for a room. Genuinely the worst hotel ever.
