Absolutely fantastic. Plenty of space and a great bathroom.

Love the location Nothing it was perfect

Spacious room and modern amenities. Comfort bed. Easy to access Public transport as Metro & Bus stations are 5 minutes away. Big supermarket below the building. Good internet connection & breakfast served was exceptional. Property advised parking slot is very tricky and never found. Found one garage behind the building with access to supermarket entrance after circling twice. With luggage, we walked 150 meters to the reach the reception which is corner side of the same building.

For self catering it was very small. Very basic kitchen

Modern facilities. A non-German staff approached me while I tried the wrong “self-check-in” at the door. She said in an unfriendly voice: “What are you doing”? Definitely not trained to deal with guests.

Great location, close to supermarket, the train and bus station and town. It was easy to check-in, staff friendly when spoken to. It was great to have a kitchenette in the room with fridge, kettle, small hob, microwave. Good shower, and free toiletries. The main bed in the room was large and comfortable. Windows were great at shutting out noise. Good black out curtains. Staff ignored you until you worked hard to catch their attention. Floor still had hair and dust on it. No washing up liquid or sponge/cloth provided. Were told the tap water wasn't good to drink so had to buy bottled or queue at the bar for a very slow filter tap. The 3rd bed was a pull out camp bed and extremely uncomfortable. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. It was extremely hot in the rooms and the ability to lower the temperature didn't work at all so we had to have the windows open which was then very noisy all night. The room was "cleaned" after 2 days but that meant emptying the bins only. They also took 2 towels away but only replaced one so we had to ask for another which never happened.

Location They didn’t clean the room for 3 days! I broke a glass told them to clean the floor, but they didn’t clean it!

The opportunity to be able to have cooking facilities and the location was perfect. The facility was also very safe and as a solo person, that was very helpful. The room (floor) was not so clean and the shower was leaking from the hose, so not very good. Also, I was double charged for breakfast and am very very very disappointed about that!

The room was absolutely dirty. There was a chocolate wrap on the floor, other people's hair on the bed and there was this big yellow mark on the sheets, like when it's very used sheets. I contacted the staff, sent pictures and was relocated to another room. Although it was a bit better, the issues with the sheets were the same. It was very late, we had driven for 9 hours and all we wanted was to sleep in a clean and comfortable bed. Also there's this open corridor, very weird and dirty. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Everything was exceptional.. be it the hotel room, hotel location, cleanliness, etc. Ill recommend this aparthotel to others.. m so happy with my stay.. Nothing

No help present at check-in

Location was good, very near to esslingen bahnhof. The room was very congested, not just because of size, but too much of stuff to tick the check list. Didn't have much control over the air conditioner , when its 35 degrees outside, it was not at all sufficient .

Breakfast and staff were great Room was comfortable The one downside was an awful grinding noise heard after 8 am This was annoying

the location we are a couple who was looking for accommodation for 2-3 months in Esslingen. Thankfully, we only booked here for 1 week ( thursday to Thursday) to start. My husband has sciatica problems and the bed in Room 217 was so soft, he was in pain. We told the receptionist who informed the manager. We were told that all the beds were the same, so they didn't let us look or try another room. We all know that beds can be different in hotel rooms depending on many factors!!! Plus there were constantly smokers on the "durchgang" outside our room! We booked a second apartment somewhere else on Saturday ( Keilmeyers Ferienwohnungs on Marktplatz) and stayed there for the rest of that week. We left some things at the Ginn hotel until the check-out date, because we didn't want the hotel to rent out the room again, since we had already paid for it. We also found great long term accommodation at Mavo Hotel, very close to Ginn. We strongly recommend against this hotel for anyone staying here for a long term stay...maybe a day or two might be ok!!!

Great hotel for this price. Perfect location for the ones who want to discover the old town. Clean room, with everything you may need to stay a couple of days. The only thing is that if you need some water, you have to run to the lobby. I'd prefer to have a bottle in the room.
