The location,staff and facilities. In my room #206 the WIFI did not work in.

Nice spotless room, great breakfast, several miles from Esslingen, which was very pretty. We drove into the city before coming to the hotel and enjoyed our time there. Convenient supermarket is around the corner from hotel.

The room was clean and modern with good facilities. We appreciated the on-site secure parking. We were extremely disappointed to find that when we arrived , after a long drive, the hotel restaurant was not open because it was a Sunday evening. This was not made clear to us when booking and was one of the reasons that we chose this hotel. However we did manage to find a lovely Italian restaurant a short walk away, which did delicious food and was very accommodating. Breakfast the next morning was reasonable but we did feel that certain items would have benefitted from being kept more chilled e.g presenting the food containers on ice etc.

The air conditioning in the room during the July heat was very welcome. Excellent breakfast in the restaurant. The room was a bit small for two people traveling with luggage. Not enough room in the closet for hanging clothes.

easy parking, delicious breakfast with a wide selection of foods Check-in time was too long, filling the form on a tablet caused some technical issues - maybe an online check-in before arriving would be nice

Really liked the swimming pool area. Staff really helpful. A lot of the extras were not available and I was not able to get anything to eat when I got in late. Aside from that happy with the stay.

Extremely good position for my business needs. Room not big but very comfortable, neat and tidy. Useful parking lot under the hotel. Staff was kind and helpful when I arrived earlier than expected. Breakfast very rich. Next time I will try also the restaurant, it looked really nice.
