This was an old motel from the outside. It didn’t look like the pictures. The room was fairly clean and had a new floor. The price was way too high for the facility. I would not recommend staying here.

Queen bed was very comfortable. Parking spaces were very tight and the size of some vehicles (trucks) make the parking lot impossible to drive in some area. The carpet was not clean, the AC unit was separating from the wall, a glass small bathroom shelf was not anchored into the wall, the tub facet was extremely loose from the tile. Towels were adequate, small fridge was convenient. "Balcony view of mountains" was a bit exaggerated.

I stayed here to solo climb Longs Peak and visit Rocky Mountain NP. The property is conveniently located on the quiet west end of Estes Park with quick access to the east gate entrance of the RMNP. With the timed NP entrance restrictions, this made it handy to get into the park quickly before morning restriction time and after evening restriction time. Nice view on the upper balcony looking at the mountains. Bed was comfortable, the bathrooms have been remodeled and the AC worked fine. The swimming pool was a nice perk. Self check in and pin code was simple.

Overall a wonderful and affordable property. The beds were comfortable. The only concern was that even with the ac running, the bed nearer the window area would get extremely stuffy at night, I had to go out and buy a table top fan because there was so little air circulation. However, overall a great stay with friendly staff, SUPER close to the entrance to RMNP.

A/C was extremely loud, I did not say any as the second night we left it off. Walls are tho so it sounds like the kids next door were in our room....I don't blame the hotel for people with no manners. Second night was noisy as well. 2 minutes from the park, and linens were clean.

There was a kiosk to check in with which was nice and there was a note with a phone number to call if you needed help.

Excellent on-night stay near Rocky Mountain National Park. Would definitely stay here again.

The view was amazing every day. We couldn't swim in the pool. They said the ph was off. The floor was dirty. There was a dirty band aid behind the door. Toilet seat was loose, we fixed it. The door knob was lose in the cabinet, we fixed it. The AC didn't work

I chose not to stay the night when during the checkin it required that I scan my ID (Drivers License) into their automated computer checkin system (No front desk person) . When I called the number to ask how my personal identity information (Name, Address, Date of Birth, Photo) was secured or encrypted they could not give me any assurances. They also refused to do an in-person identity verification. In my experience, hotels just take your ID to verify it is you and hand it back. For me the potential risk of having my personal identity information stolen or misused was too high, I asked for a cancellation of my reservation. However, my reservation was non-refundable and I unfortunately suffered the loss of the 1 night stay cost. I called hotels.com customer service who called this local property manager but they would not issue a refund.

Very small room with bare minimum requirements to get sleep and shower. The feel was more of a motel. Would prefer if I am a solo traveler but not with my partner.

Hotel check in process was not cleared, phone number was not available for after hours service. We were travelling from long way and network was not available on the way so couldn't make it call and no email access due to driving and network problem. We were expecting clear check in process. It was very bad experience, when we went to room one of the room has terrible smell. Its a long story to write here. But finally we used our body spray and make it little comfort. We didn't have option because we had special care child and tired family members so anyway slept there. It was not expected experience in my travels. Check in process
