Amazing cozy spot just a couple minutes from downtown and the national park entrance. Great place to take in the scenery and wind down after a busy day

Water fall Staff was rude. I was charged the damage fee twice and only got it back once. Was told I was have river front area and I have a tiny room no tv in bedroom. Hot tubs didn’t work. Was told about ice and soda never shown. Washers somewhere on that property but was never shown where they was at. Very poor service.

The room we stayed in definitely needs some updates. The mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable and the air conditioner was ineffective for keeping the bedroom cool. A ceiling fan in the bedroom would have been a big help. Overall I just thought the room was considerably overpriced

I like that everything is well planned out and convenient. I really like how the trolley bus that runs through town comes to the parking lot right next to the property. I have stayed here before with my cousin who is a WorldMark timeshare owner. The property is always clean and everyone is very friendly and helpful. The only thing I needed during that trip was a bigger couch in our studio. There was a loveseat but it was so tiny you couldn't really lay down or rest on it.

I paid for a 3 bedroom condo here in full 8 months in advance. I confirmed the stay 30 days before I arrived with the hotel. When I arrived they said they didn’t have a room for me and did not help me in anyway to get into another room at any of their properties. And I’m a Wyndham rewards member with them. I will no longer stay at a Wyndham property again.

This was our 2nd time of staying at this property. It is in a great location, clean & friendly staff. The first time we stayed in a studio unit, this time a 2 bedroom For a 2 bedroom that sleeps 6 it would have been nice to have a full size fridge instead of a mini one. Other than that, I have zero complaints. I would stay here again

Room was sub-par, with the vents looking like they have never had the ducts cleaned. Activity room has a pool table and ping pong, you can checkout dvds from the office. Per their rules, you have to take out your trash at the end of your stay and run the dishwasher- which tells me they flip the rooms without quality care. Conditioner bottle was completely empty, but not a huge deal. The pictures make it look grand, but its midlevek at best. Another guest spotted mold in their room and previous guest clothes left over, this was not our room but it seems about right. Construction was going on during the stay, so a lot of outside contract workers walking around. Internet was out, and apparently had been for a couple of weeks. Even with all this said, I would stay in a pickle- but this would not be my first choice with all the properties up there.
