Room was sub-par, with the vents looking like they have never had the ducts cleaned. Activity room has a pool table and ping pong, you can checkout dvds from the office. Per their rules, you have to take out your trash at the end of your stay and run the dishwasher- which tells me they flip the rooms without quality care. Conditioner bottle was completely empty, but not a huge deal. The pictures make it look grand, but its midlevek at best. Another guest spotted mold in their room and previous guest clothes left over, this was not our room but it seems about right. Construction was going on during the stay, so a lot of outside contract workers walking around. Internet was out, and apparently had been for a couple of weeks. Even with all this said, I would stay in a pickle- but this would not be my first choice with all the properties up there.

There was breakfast...?! Loved the pool, the location right on the river was so beautiful. Appreciated the toiletries in the bathroom. Loved having a microwave and it was great they had movies and games people can borrow! The $250 upfront deposit is wrong. I understand they give it back, but there is no need to charge someone unless there is an issue with the stay. I wish that the booking was done through the actual location, not external sources. The external sources booking made the location feel shady, like it was a scam. Grateful it was a great trip!

The only weird things about this property is that they do not offer free wifi. We were also asked to take the trash out before leaving which gave airbnb vibes and is the reason we stick to hotels now.

Good from downtown. Nice surroundings. Game room. Interior looked pleasant. Bed was very comfortable. Slept well. Clean bathrooms. Fix pool table. Couches not comfy.

Poor- no internet in rooms- that is unacceptable these days, even a Motel 6 has free WiFi in rooms, ya’ll are asking $25 a day for internet … ridiculous, it should be free inside the room… this s 2025, not 2000 The shower in the room was so small you cannot even turn around

Living room was a bit cramped with the dining table and a coffee table in the studio. Closet was placement made it harder to spread out luggage
