Our room was as described. Had small fridge, microwave, and toaster! Working A/C unit and free YouTubeTV. Appreciated having 2 ice machines on site. We did not use either of the 2 community hot tubs, but they never looked too busy. The Patio Bar had cool vibes, fun live music every night. Loved to know a food truck came onsite one night. Otherwise, Tapiti Restaurant is walking distance down the road. Super close to Fall River RMNP entrance. The front staff were helpful and polite when we had questions. Never heard anyone/neighbor guests, and we stayed late June! Overall, would recommend staying here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful property and our Stream Suite was bigger than expected. Two things that came as a surprise to us, the stream running through the property was across the parking lot from our suite. The website view had us thinking it ran outside our back door. Also, we thought they had a pool because it was prominently displayed on the website. Once we arrived and looked further it was on the website with "coming soon in Aug.". We didn't see that fine print. All in all it was a great stay. The two things weren't any big deal and we would stay there again and recommend it to anyone wanting a beautiful place, in a beautiful setting with clean and luxurious accommodations. 5 Stars.

Beautiful room with a beautiful view! Would highly recommend

We stayed in a single room with a Queen by the river. In-unit heaters and A/C were provided, along with a fan, mini refrigerator, coffee pot with coffee, silverware, and a wood-burning fireplace. We loved hearing the river at night. The bed could have been more comfortable, but overall a good stay - every peaceful and relaxing.

I would a million percent recommend the Inn. The staff was great and we really enjoyed the live music. It was very clean and looked brand new. Would definitely come back.

Beautifully designed and decorated room. Property with a river running through it was beautiful and amazing ! Cool sitting area with fire pit and grill, next to the river. Couldn't be happier with our stay here ! Thank you !

We would definitely go back and stay there again!

We were put in a room literally in a construction site. Not cool for this otherwise quite nicely located and outfitted hotel by a rushing creek and close to park. Very annoying!

Staff 10/10

Peaceful setting with the river running through the property. Beautiful room. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great staff that suggested an up grade which was a great suggestion, just a first class place. When we go back we will stay long than 1 night. We didn't want to leave.

The room (with two queen beds) itself is comfortable for two if you don't mind having a kitchenette stuffed next to the one closet or not having a dresser to put your clothes in. The location is great with easy access to the RMNP Fall River entrance and just a couple of miles outside of Estes Park. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting RMNP and Estes Park.

Great place to stay.. Right on the river with a view from the back deck. Was able to sit outside and had a fireplace with wood provided.
-
We enjoyed the location very much as the property is right next to the river and two miles from the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. The owner at the front desk was friendly. We did not like the bed as it was very firm and uncomfortable. We shared this with the owner We also thought the kindling provided for the fireplace was not enough to start a fire in the fireplaces. We hope this part of the property will be renovated and we will consider staying there again.

Fireplace was great and very clean feeling throughout. Had heated floors in bathroom which was a nice touch.
-
The only issue was the screen door to the balcony was old and didn’t lock. We kept the door open anyway to hear the river. I was a little concerned someone might walk in when we were asleep. Otherwise a great spot right on the river!

Place was clean and cozy! Highly recommend! Having a nice river right outside is a treat all outdoors lovers will enjoy.
-
The room was beautiful and featured a double sided fireplace, which really made the room toasty warm. The bathroom was really nice, with beautiful copper sinks and a heated floor, what a treat for the cold mornings! Estes Park had just had a big snow so the property and views were stunning! We would definitely stay there again, and we can’t wait to come back!

Great solo or duo travel spot right by the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance that feels like a cozy cabin. Right on the river and a beautiful location.
