Cambria Hotel Euless - DFW Airport South

very modern and clean

The property seems to be fairly new with a lot of construction going on around it. The drive wasnt well marked and it brought us in behind the building which was really dark. Luckily we found parking around front and didnt have to park and walk with our 2 young kids in the dark parking lot. The room was nice and spacious but the water pressure was minimal at best when taking a shower. We chose the breakfast option when booking our stay and im glad we only paid the $20 add on for the 4 of us instead of the posted menu prices. I had oatmeal which came out very thick and almost inedible. My husband and one of our kids ordered plates with breakfast potatoes and they were ice cold. The lady that rbought our food never showed her face after dropping off our food so we couldnt send it back or ask for better options. Other than that our short stay was okay.

Overall a nice hotel. We elected to eat breakfast there; however the process to order was a bit awkward. Usually there was a wait and not a lot of people were available to take our order. We found a bit of ants in our room….nothing too terrible but perhaps treatment

Brand new hotel, it was spotless. Nice gym to workout in, breakfast to order, and shuttle to/from the airport. Only downside is if you didn’t rent a car there isn’t anything within walking distance.

Its a new build hotel so everything is pretty nice. We had a pretty late check in, which came with the problem of finding out they checked someone else into our room, but the guy at the desk helped us out and got us checked into a different room. Guy in a suit was really helpful, I didnt catch his name. Whoever was attending the front desk when I checked out on 8/16, was not attending it at all. There were about 3-4 different guests waiting to check out and he wasnt there. Came by like 15 mins later and just took our roon cards and said ok yall are checked out. I had no problems otherwise. Given how expensive all the hotels were because BTS was performing we got a pretty good deal imo.

This hotel has potential, just need to brush up on customer service/management

Close to airport. New building.

Picked due to the location to the airport and shuttle service, but they did not provide it, so I had to pay for an Uber and wait an hour. When I called, they just brushed it off.

The hotel was great, but they were short staffed. Some employees had a bad attitude. They never mentioned that we have to request cleaning services. We spend four days there. We constantly had to ask for toilet paper and never gave it to use. We basically had to clean our own room by ourselves. I don’t think that was fair since my friends and I had to pay over 800 to stay there.

Parking isn't that great if there is a lot of people at the hotel you would have to walk a pretty good way to get to the entrance

Very nice clean room. Bluetooth bathroom mirror which was awesome. Staff was really helpful and the airport shuttle is a huge convenience. Had a really good stay.

It’s a fairly new place that just opened in February. Everything is still nice and clean. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. I love that their rooms don’t have carpet. If they maintain this place, I’d definitely keep staying here when I’m in the area. Easy access to highway, area felt safe, 16 minutes away from AT&T center. Close to attractions that won’t break the bank.

My second stay at a Cambria Hotel with the other being in Paso Robles. They're excellent hotels, well kept, very clean, and the staff are very helpful.

Booked this hotel last minute and I am so glad I did. Check in was very easy and the front desk was very kind and polite. The whole building was very nice. The room was spacious and felt extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable, the room was quiet, and the bathroom was great. Would definitely book here again if in the area!

The room/hotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly and plenty of parking spaces.
