Comfort Inn & Suites Euless DFW West

Superb

It was the cleanest Comfort Inn in our travels from Ohio. We stayed at the Hilton Garden in Florida and this was cleaner. Breakfast was fine. The staff was kind and helpful. The pool was not as big as it looked on Booking . Com. The pool needs to be painted and upgraded! The water was clean and the temperature was good. A hot tub would have been nice.

nice location, close to AT&T stadium. awesome person checked us in. comfortable beds, COLD A/C. the only negative is the shower pressure was non-existent. highly recommended otherwise

Bathroom was refreshing. Slight odor on the bedsheets. Room was quiet and spacious.

This is honestly one of the best hotels I have stayed at. I recently got a job and had to relocate and needed a place to stay until moving into my new house. I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights and was very pleased. The room was very clean, nice linens, the AC works great, the staff was super friendly, and had a great bed in the room. I was not concerned about my vehicle in the parking lot, was very well lit and felt safe. I slept very comfortably for my stay. If I ever have family or friends come out to visit me, I will happily recommend this hotel over many others I have stayed at in the metroplex. Thank y'all!!!

Overall, I like my room, the cleannessness and the staff as I rated earlier I didn't like some of the cracks and peeling on the bathroom and front entrance doors, and some of the floor tile was loose, headed into the bathroom

I would definitely recommend staying because the suites are huge but the TVs are small for the size of the room. I couldn’t get hair conditioner even though I asked. The staff is wonderful keeping the breakfast area spotless and I appreciated the complimentary water with cucumber and lemon slices since the daily temperature was over 100 degrees.

That said, the overall experience was still positive. The lobby smelled fresh and clean upon arrival, and my room itself was very clean and well-kept. I also want to give a special thank you to Jessica at the front desk—she was very helpful when I needed to extend my stay and made the process smooth. Parking also felt very safe and secure. Despite the small maintenance concerns, I would definitely consider staying here again.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The building is very well maintained and clean, and the staff was professional and courteous. The room was also clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Breakfast had a good variety of options, which was a nice addition. I have no complaints at all about my stay. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

The pool was disappointing small and no hot tub. Only one ice machine (ground floor only and small) only 3 people and it was empty. Also the bath tub in the room slooow drain. The air in the room worked great with the 100+ temps outside it was nice and the water pressure and temp in the shower were great. The lady working the desk at night was super helpful, the lady during the day not so much.

Overall a good stay. My only gripe is there is a "facility fee" that you have to pay outside of booking with Expedia. I mean really, just include it in your price like most everyone else does. I didn't realize this fee until we arrived, makes for an unpleasant initial experience when I thought I already paid everything, my fault for not realizing the charge to be had in small print, as most do not do this practice anymore in my experience.
