Motel 6 Euless, TX - DFW West

I wish I could but I wasn't able to check in because there was NO FRONT DESK ATTENDANT. Me and 3 other people tried for over an hour to find someone. Knocked on the glass, rang the bell. There was no attendant so unfortunately I had to go to the motel 6 up the street to get a room for the night. And to make matters worse booking.com and the hotel did nothing to reverse the order. I will no longer be using booking com or motel 6 ever again. And when trying to get hel with this issue from motel 6 I spoke with some of the rudeat customer service clerks I've ever dealt with in my life. DO NOT USE BOOKING.COM OR MOTEL 6!!!! The room had a very strong odor and the sheets were smelling

The room was pretty clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff was not extremely friendly, at least until the evening.

The motel was nice but there was too many fighting and the room we was in number 216 somebody was fighting so bad they broke into our room so we moved to another room and some lady started banging on the door looking for her husband so that’s why we left and hopefully we don’t have to come back

how clean nothing was wrong in my eyes

Everything was fine until someone stole items off my truck Someone stole my cleaning supplies off my truck. I will never come to that location again.

Very dirty and the staff was rude. I asked for clean sheets and towels and she said well you can come wash them! I know it’s a motel 6 but doesn’t mean it has to be filthy.

Management and Housekeeping staff courteous....

Most staff was helpful, guest report you for nothing though, I didn’t like that! Rooms were great

That there's no microwaves in the room

Water bugs, fighting all night with violence that you could hear through the walls, floors could tell they hadn't been swept or cleaned and bed was hard and the tub stopper didn't even attach

Well the day time stuff is amazing except the night shift she is a lady she have a bad attitude no smiles what ever bad for business I stay away from this motel because of her
