Beautiful property, Robin, the owner, is a delight.

This was such a charming place to stay. Very clean and kept up. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay here again! Each breakfast was delicious!

Chef Pat made a us a wonderful breakfast each morning. He also made us a blackberry cobbler just because we mentioned to Robin that we were always looking for pies or cobblers while we were vacationing. We were with-in walking distance of the downtown area but be warned Eureka Springs is a hilly town. Loved it. Thank you Robin, Pat, and Jamie.

A beautiful bed and breakfast in the Ozark Mountains. Our room had a balcony overlooking the lovely flower garden/ courtyard. The breakfast was incredible with gluten free options. Staff onsite were terrific —very helpful, friendly and tuned in to guests’ needs. Lot of comfortable places to sit and very close to downtown.

Our room was perfect! We enjoyed the stay in a great location walking distance from downtown.

Very clean and welcoming. We were greeted with home made cookies on the night stand. Great property within walking distance of Downtown. Breakfast and coffee in the morning was excellent. We will be back.

The folks here were so great. I told them it was my husband’s birthday and they went all out, without even asking or anything. They made us feel welcome and special and weren’t overbearing or anything. Was a great treat of a place to spend a stormy night.

The parking is narrow but that is common in eureka springs.

Stayed 3 days and room was never cleaned or bathroom towels ever replaced. Breakfast isn’t served until 9:00 a.m. so we were already out the door. No drinking water provided other than the 2 at check-in. Would not stay again.

The house is amazing. Nice area, very quaint, love the “feel” of an old, historic home that wasn’t actually old. Host is super nice and welcoming. Breakfast was bad. For the price of the room, we expected a decent hot breakfast. Waited 1-1/2 hours the first morning and was served a hard cold pancake and cool eggs. The only thing decent was yogurt and fruit but there was so little food you had to take two bits worth to save something for other travelers. The second morning was worse. Extremely inefficient cook.

Really loved all the little personal touches & details with the interior design/ decorating. Elegant! N/A

Our room was great! The bed was so comfortable that we didnt want to get up in the mornings. The breakfast offered several different items like yogurt, oatmeal with toppings you could add, fruit and hot options like fluffy scrambled eggs with cheese. There was also sausage and hashbrowns! The house atmosphere was comfortable and beautiful. The host Robin made us feel right at home!
