Hyatt Place at Ho'opili

Absolutely wonderful experience! Breakfast was awesome! Drinks fantastic and the Parmesan Fries (extra crispy) were the BEST ever!🌹🌹

The parking lot was confusing at first. The staff cleared it up after checking in. However when we returned from our event there were no parking available, the security had to allow us to park in a no parking zone area.

Nice location, clean and friendly. We didn’t like that one of the rooms has an issue with the bathroom sink and they said they will fix it and they didn’t, also it said rooms are clean diary and they only take the garbage out, not bed fixing, vacuum cleaning nothing.

Everything about this place was excellent with one exception. The hotel was very full if not fully booked and they ran out of most of the hot breakfast food choices by 8/815. Breakfast was supposed to be over at 930. I didn't have time to wait for them to continue to cook and only bring one dish out at a time. I think better organization and planning for breakfast would make this place a 5 star rating.

The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. Our room was not ready when we checked in so they gave us a different one.

Property was beautiful. Felt like our room was brand new. Gym was nice, the pool area was beautiful even though we didn't use it. The breakfast was fantastic. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our one night stay. Would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Hawaii.

The jacuzzi was perfect for soaking sore muscles after long days of games, and while the gym was small, it had everything we needed to get in a good workout. Breakfast was definitely the highlight of our stay! We looked forward to it every morning, and it was easily our favorite part. Overall, the location was convenient, the amenities were great, and everything was comfortable and well maintained. There aren’t a lot of bells and whistles, but that’s not what we were looking for. For a clean, new, convenient place to stay during a tournament, it absolutely fit the bill. We’d stay again!

The place was beautiful and location wise was perfect. The only issue I had was with the parking. When checking in they did not say we needed to pay for parking. The parking lot was very small and on second day there was no available parking, which I figured was because the parking was included in our hotel reservation price. Parking was $42 a day which is pretty expensive for not having enough parking for the amount of guests. Other than this it was good
