Nothing to complain really except for the fact that they charge you for your dog 15 Euros per day and they do not offer anything for them.

Tucked away in the centre of a quiet village wonderful architecture. Warm welcome comfortable room excellent meal and good nights sleep. Unhurried breakfast

We chose the location for walking, and there are some great trails in the valley. The town itself seems to be on the up after a downturn with a varied and interesting food offer. It is not far to visit the wine growing areas of La Rioja. Out of season so no option to eat in the restaurant in the evening. Breakfast cakes could have been fresher.... Poor tourist office in the town in terms of opening hours and information, given Ezcaray is supposed to offer a range of outdoor experiences.

Room was big and quiet. 2 small capsule coffeemakers in breakfast, one not working.

Welcoming staff, but felt sorry that she was only one on duty to deal with reception, bar and serving tables, however done with a smile. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, but additional plates on serving table would have helped if one wanted to go from savoury to sweet, eg tomato and garlic, followed by fresh fruit, also additional cutlery would have been useful. The only other complaint was that we could not make the air conditioning unit to work, therefore a little warm.
