The room is little

Great location. Friendly staff who try to be very caring. There’s a spacious private parking area (though the entrance is a bit tricky). Lovely and cozy lawn right in front of the hotel, where there’s a nice restaurant with tasty food. It’s very convenient that you can have lunch and dinner there (for extra charge) — that’s not so common in Spain, where hotel restaurants are often closed or fully booked. Breakfast is quite uncomfortable. The staff tries to help, but it feels too much and a bit annoying. I’d prefer to just take food from the buffet myself instead of asking for it. You constantly have to talk to the ladies, answer what you want, what you don’t, what to bring, what not to bring. I just want to have a quiet breakfast. In my opinion, that’s the main downside — and it would be easy to fix. Rooms are stylish and recently renovated. You can see they put effort into the design. But some things are not well made — for example, power sockets falling out of the wall. Also, the staff ignores the "Do not disturb" signs. We kept putting the sign up, but they kept coming into the room anyway.

Want a wonderful place and a fantastic Hotel. Nothing

My wife and I stayed a night here in September 2024. The hotel is located in the middle of Ezcaray. The staff were very friendly, directing us to the free parking in the public car park behind the hotel. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, again supported by very friendly service. The dinner in the traditional restaurant was outstanding - highly recommended.

The staff at this hotel are outstanding, without exception we were made really welcome. It felt as if we were staying with friends. Even to the point when we left we were given a bag of fruit and drinks for our journey. Food excellent and what a pride they take in delivering it to you. All this was a bonus and not apparent from the online booking information. Lovely position within a very sweet little town, great walks and access to Rioja wineries. Highly recommended. Bathroom was small but to be honest had all the amenities.

Echaurren is one of our favourite hotels. It always lives up to our expectations. So lucky to have a royfacing the church. Hope we'll be back next year. Too short a stay.

The welcome on arrival, the staff, the traditional restaurant, the staff, the breakfast, the staff, the location in a pretty village, the staff…… I’m struggling, but no coffee machine in the bedroom -but the bed and the shower were excellent.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Lovely well designed hotel & bedrooms. Staff very welcoming, nothing was any trouble, felt like we were staying with good friends. Service and food at breakfast or dinner in the Tradition restaurant and Tapas bar were excellent. As recommended the cheesecake was sublime! Thank you. Perhaps a few more vegetarian options in the restaurant.

Quaint and comfortable- modern design with all the amenities. The staff were exceptional. The restaurant was delish. Not enough privacy for the bathroom/shower. I was traveling with a friend and we shared a room and that was a little awkward

It’s a very family friendly hotel with great staff and services! We dine at the tradition restaurant in the hotel and it will be a life time memory for us! None

Magical and can't wait to visit again. Staff were uniformly lovely. Bed.extremely comfortable. The restaurant was amazing and such a value for the experience provided. The village is full of charm. If had to find one silly quibble, the bathroom sink was a bit odd.
