Really nice hotel and the staff was very helpful & friendly

Hotel pictures look good and luxury The beds are not clean. Sheets are not changed with previous guest hair on the pillows and sheets. Had to change two rooms within couple of hours; packing, getting all my luggage downstairs, then unpacking. Submitted pictures taken to the front desk, expected to have a call from the hotel manager; no one cared afterwards.

I liked that it was very clean and safe. The staff were nice and treat us in a good manner. What i did not like is the they closed the lounge, so there was no extra snakes, the breakfast was taken in the first main floor. I did not like to have the breakfast in the open restaurant.

The staff were nice. The room was very clean and neat. The bed was comfortable but had way too many sheets, comforters, and comforter covers on it. We pretty much had to unmake the entire bed just to get under the covers. Their breakfast menu was great and reasonably priced and their buffet area was spotless, but $18.95 for what they were offering seemed excessive. This may seem silly but as a 68 year old female with bad knees bathrooms can be a challenge. I've learned to ask for a handicap accessible room when we travel and I did send a note asking for one here too. We didn't get one, Instead the toilet looked like it had been installed for a pre-school bathroom - it wasn't more than a foot off the ground. No bars anywhere near it to help you up or down and the toilet paper was at least three feet away from the tiny mini toilet. I literally had to urinate standing up because my knees couldn't take getting down to, and up from, the mini toilet! Also, the HVAC was leaking water onto the floor in front of the bathroom - to be fair, the front desk sent the technician up within a half hour and he fixed that issue right away. You could tell someone had broken the bathroom door at some point as there was a round cover on the door and the hinge was held in place with something that had just been jammed in there. Not a problem per se, just odd. Lastly, the TV didn't work right, you could see the guide but when you tried to pick the show it did nothing. All in all, it was one of the craziest nights I have ever spent at a hotel and I was happy to check out in the morning.

Location The price of everything was high

Good to stay and comfortable

The room was not to the standard I would expect for a 4 star hotel. There were no bags for our trashcans. There was only one bath towel on the shower bar and it was ripped. There was a dried up contact lens on the floor and random hairs in the shower.

The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and quiet.

The location of the hotel is great, especially if you are going to be visiting the surrounding area. Traffic into DC can be heavy, but that's got nothing to do with the hotel itself. Overall, it's a really quiet, clean, safe place to stay. The staff was really nice and professional.
