The location was good and central to where we needed to stay Upon arrival we had to move rooms twice because of mold located in the room. The third room seemed okay but a few days in we noticed mold in the room and water dripping from the beds which was moisture from the air conditioner unit I think because it was very humid outside and I just think the airflow in the room is not good enough. We went to open up our Bible that we had in the room with us and both of them had started to get wet because of the condensation in the room and again located mold and had to check out early! We weren’t offered any reasonable accommodation for the room, switching or having to leave early.

Location Hallways & elevators had no AC. Work up a sweat riding up 4 floors & walking to your room. AC wasn't up to keeping the room at 72. Room setup was stupid.

Hotel room pictures are not the same as what you get at this hotel. Room had a bad smell. Trash and dirty towels in the hallways were left until the evening to be picked up. Chose this hotel due to the room and it did not have any of the amenities it said on the website.

I don’t like a single thing never at the front desk no one ever answers the phone no luggage carts available ever three dollars for a can of soda lack of customer service set to emails to the manager, didn’t respond to one of them

The towels provided had visible marks and did not appear to have been cleaned properly. I requested assistance from housekeeping, but no one responded until I followed up again the following day. In addition, the air conditioning unit was excessively noisy, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.

Clean looking room, smell of dirty air filter and bleach. Bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom needs updated. The tub was all stained yellow with prior tenants pubic hairs! Nice staff but definitely needs cleaned and updated. Carpet smells too
