Panorama Hotel

The view and easy access to the Falasarna beach is implacable. The pool is also a nice afternoon retreat. Foods at the hotel restaurant is great with reasonable price as compared to other restaurants in the areas. Room is modern, comfortable and clean. View from the balcony is amazing. We stayed at the junior suite and perfect for us as a family of 4 with 2 children age 9 and 10. Nothing. It would be great to have couple hooks to hang bath towel by the bathroom. Part of the hotel is under construction but did not bother us at all,

The breakfast was very good with lots of options. The view from the suite veranda was one of the best that i have seen. The room interior was modern and with all the needed amenities. Restaurant food was very delicious and staff very warm and welcoming. The Falassarna beach is one of the best beaches in Crete and it is 50m walking distance from the hotel. I would highly recommend Panorama hotel as one of the best hotels in Falassarna area for location, service and facilities.

This was our 13th stop on our trip so comparing to our previous accommodations, breakfast was ok only. We were in an older room which was small and difficult to move around but the ocean view was great.

The breakfast and location were great. My only drawback is the failure of the property to respond to my several emails regarding the exact bedding in the room, They never responded to my emails, never answered their phone, and never returned 4 phone messages. As a result I booked a much more expensive room than would have been necessary if anyone from the hotel had bothered to return emails and phone messages.

Clean, modern, and efficient staff. An Excellent tasty menu as well.

Nice view, quiet, parking, lovely beach for swimming, close to many eating spots. There was a wedding the night we stayed which we were not a part of but everyone took good care of us too. A bit of a walk uphill to get back from the beach when its hot.

The views are amazing, the location is superb, the new rooms are excellent and a very nice staff all around the hotel The older rooms need updating asap, breakfast could be a bit more suffocated

We had a fantastic time at panorama hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and our room was spotless and very comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring the city, with many great restaurants and attractions nearby. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Almost everything was perfect but getting charged for espresso at breakfast felt a little silly (filter coffee is free).

Air conditioner was weak

The quiet and tranquility of the area, the view of the sea from our balcony. The espresso machine in the room was a nice touch. Also, the hotel restaurant was good!

Amazing place, very close to one [if not the best] beach in Crete! Amazing views, clean pool and room and very helpful and welcoming crew.

Excellent location with fabulous view. Room was simple but good value for money with a balcony with a sea view. Lovely swimming pool area. Good food at dinner and breakfast. Staff were helpful when my husband was ill. Falasarna is a fabulous area for quiet beaches and wonderful sunsets.
