Location and hotel facilities with nice pool and tennis court. The bed was not very comfortable, it seems the bed mattress was to hard. I was waking up with back pain.

The WiFi was weak in my room. It worked in the common areas and on my balcony but not in my room itself.

Amazing location. The entire hotel felt like a tropical paradise. We were greeted at midnight when we arrived by a wonderful staff. Everyone working at the hotel was friendly and nice. The trees and vegetation at the hotel was expected groomed and looked amazing. Overall the hotel is so relaxing to be in and beautiful. Rooms a little small, but you get such great service every day that it’s easy to ignore.

Lovely room with comfortable beds and beautiful garden. Very friendly staff and the restaurant food was excellent! Staff were nice and friendly :) Everything was great!

Overall, the property is very beautiful The Wi-Fi was not always perfect, we had to move rooms on the last night of our trip, which was not good at all, that was inconvenient, but they did upgrade us because of lack of availability, but overall that was inconvenient

We so enjoyed our stay at Hotel Plakures that we cancelled our reservation on another part of the island and extended our stay at the Hotel Plakures. The rooms and all facilities were very clean and bed was comfortable. Although we did not use the pool, it was beautiful and well- maintained. The grounds are gorgeous. The staff cheerful and friendly, and Antonella at reception was very helpful with organizing our extended stay. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet which was delicious and nice variety. Would not hesitate to return. Nothing!

Amazing bathroom!! Very friendly staff. Good location. Bed was decent with good linens and the AC worked so we were happy! Very, very good value!! Save on a comfy hotel and spend the money on beach cocktails :) Unfortunately there was an issue with the sliding door to the room - it didn't lock on both sides. For us, that didn't matter, but to someone else that might be an issue.

not much. close to beach No tv in room, no electric kettle, when we arrived there was no one at the front desk. waited awhile. and someone finally came and didn’t tell us anything about the place.
