The Westin Tysons Corner

This used to be one of our favorite hotels, but this day showed how where and tear and dated it was the shower stopper just came off. The AC vent could not be closed the fake brick tile above the head of the bed was popping off the walls and the ceiling and wall corners the tape for the wall boards were torn and coming off. I was in room 501. Also something that was disturbing. Is you had to put in your information to pay for parking the people at the front desk, said you even have to put in your license plate number, but when I went to fill all this out, it automatically populated it my license plate number which is very scary that they’re monitoring you.

As far as the facilities, everything just looks dated. The linens were horrible - sheets were that wimpy feeling of having been washed WAY too may times, blanket was questionable at best, towels were literally shredding along all edges. I definitely expected more from a Westin. Would not stay there again.

overall, room was nice. The lobby and staff were nice. The breakfast buffet was very good. parking -- paying extra to park was not good and we got charged twice. We thought the breakfast was complementary, but it was not since we booked through booking.com -- I wish we knew that as it was a bit overpriced. The thermostat in the room did not seem to work well -- we tried to reduce the A/C so it was a bit warmer, but it did not take.

The WiFi was not working and the bed was horrible i left with back pains and also my neck is hurting and room was dirty.

Renovated rooms Cleanliness even after complaining. Bedsheets were stained and not ironed and were never changed during our 5 nights stay . Room was smelly and no enough ventilation . No room service or housekeeping when needed . Provided very little teabags and sachets of drinks even as a double room , had to call many times to get me a second packet of tea ..

I forgot not only trash at refrigerator the wall at my room was dirty.

I found trash at the refrigerator. They charge me for breakfast I never request breakfast.. I booked at expedia for 151 and they charge me 200 dollars .Horrible…
