Parking was odd and not intuitive, but we were able to figure it out. Rooms had thin walls, we could hear our neighbors talking throughout the evening. Premises are a bit dated as well. Probably would pass next time I’m in town, but price to value is there for a budget night’s stay.

The Westin is a great property with easy access to major roads in Tysons. Staff is friendly, professional and helpful.

Very clean hotel!

Breakfast should be included but it was not. Parking is very confusing.

This is an old hotel with dirty carpets. Horrible experience

The hot water did not work in the sink or the shower. I let it run for about 15 minutes and it never got hot, or even warm. My room was on an upper floor, maybe that was the problem? But when I told the staff about it, they just said "let the water run for a while", which I had already done. We had thought about extending our stay to a second night, but without hot water for a shower, we checked out and went to a different hotel. Also there were no decent tea bags provided in the room , only decaf tea, which tastes terrible and does not fit the bill for a tea drinker.

The room appeared clean at first. Then we seen the ants, next we woke up to a huge roach, finally the ants started eating the roach. No. Don't do it.

The room was clean and the staff was professional.

Old building, they did a decent job refurbishing but you can just feel the age. Not recommended for a long stay

Great location to visit

Location and access The reception intake staff was incredibly rude - upon check in advised there were no rooms; then made me call Booking.com to validate the booking I had already paid for- then kept them on hold for 5 mins before speaking with them only to have me cancel the booking.com reservation and book directly with the desk: this all happened for a room for my frail parents (80 and 88 years old) after midnight. Have never experienced this kind of service from the Westin.

Nice clean hotel. Would stay again.
-
Clean room and the hallways always had a fresh clean scent. Only downside is the stairway to the parking deck was full of trash and bad odor
-
It was amazing I liked everything

Highly recommended place!
-
The long easy cement cement grounds Not dealing over fake ice taste intervals. Or dirty

The room could have been a bit cleaner. There was one stray hair (that was not mine) on the bathroom floor and apparently, dried chocolate syrup on the table. It was a bit noisy, though I was 2 rooms away from the ice machine. It was a nice stay overall. Though, I've had much better stays at other Westin properties.
