Best Western Plus Kelly Inn & Suites

This is one of the Best, Best Westerns we stayed at! The bear in the window took me by surprise lol

Great hotel!

The bed in the room was very comfortable. I have a spinal disability and I woke up with almost no pain after sleeping all night. There was a free social time at 1700 with free food and beer. At night it was very quiet. It was also easy off and on to route 94 from the hotel.

It was unfortunate the pool wasn’t open.

Exceptional

Also, there was a blood spot on one of my 4 pillows so just threw that on the floor. Everything else was great though, and I would still give it a 5 star rating.

Breakfast, rooms, everything great ! Swimming pool was closed due pump issues..but that was the only issue.

Very good

Pool and hot tub were not available. Window in our room had bad water leak. Internet was down in the morning so they could not check us out. They promised to email me a receipt but have failed to do so.

Clean, quiet room

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. I appreciated the automated coffee maker’s mocha! The beds were fine but not particularly comfortable. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were closed for our entire stay.

The hotel was decorated beautifully and the room was large, well appointed, clean and had excellent amenities. The employees were so very friendly and helpful. All was good.

Reason for three stars on amenities is due to pool being shut down. The continental breakfast was fair. Eggs were not hot at all. And the containers with milk were empty and not getting refilled, at least when we were there. Which was around 7:30-8a.

Our stay here with two dogs was wonderful. Did I mention they stayed for free! Great area. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. We will back when through the Fargo area again.
