Very good

No one came to empty garbages and Ivstayed 2 days. Staff not friendly Have someone empty garbages once a day. Have staff smile and greet people

We also requested an accessible room which we received, however, it was far from accessible. It had only one grab bar on the other side of the tub. When a person is in a wheelchair, it makes no sense whatsoever to only have 1 grab bar on the other side of the tub. The room should have had an accessible shower.

Excellent hotel. Very modern and had a good stay.

Clean and quiet

The room was very clean which is of great importance to me. Bed was great. Pillows were not good.

Arrived late and ordered dinner from the restaurant, the salmon was better than expected.

Was upcharged $75 plus tax for a pet fee. That is the most I have ever been charged at any stay for a pet.

What was unique? Staying in a property that hits all its marks, everything was great!

Exceptional

Room was not ready when we arrived after check-in time. Had to wait an additional hour. Pool and hot tub not available because it was under construction which was not disclosed when I booked this hotel. Bar closed 2 hours earlier than the times posted.

This is a nice hotel that was in the midst of remodeling during our stay. The pet area is very convenient and in good condition. The room was clean. My only criticism is the bedding. The sheets are so old that the pockets in the fitted sheets are for the old thin mattresses. It wouldn't be bad if they hadn't also shrunk so much that they were probably 6 inches too small. They would not fit all four corners of the bed. I went down to the lobby and they gave me other sheets to try. They were all too small. I hope they take some of their remodeling money and spend it on new high quality sheets like one would expect to find in a Hilton.

Other guests were partying late at night. Noisy and under construction.

Would have preference a heads up that the property was under a major renovation. Most amenities were unavailable during our stay including restaurant and pool.

It was under renovation and the pool/ hot tub was closed.

We had a bad experience at a hotel in Fargo. We told them to cancel our reservation after being there for only 15 minutes. Right away, we booked at the Hilton Garden Inn. They are in the process of remodeling, but the staff was super friendly, respectful and helpful. The rooms were very clean and nicely updated. The pool was also recently updated. The pool was super warm, which was nice for my 6-month-old. The hot tub was great. Shout out to the cleaning and front desk staff. They did an amazing job, even though the place was getting renovated. I would highly recommend other people stay here. Also, when I'm in town again, I'm definitely booking here. Being clean and very polite to customers goes a long way in bringing guests back. Thanks for the great stay!!

Staff was nice, clean area. I don't like pets in a food or sleeping area, which there were. We don't know the dogs hygen habits,what if they have fleas or worms? or if owners putting them on the mattresses, I surprised that this property allows pets at all. They're were several, if your going to do that there should be a few select rooms only. It would be more sanitary overall, just changing sheets didn't cure some of the issues along with the barking at night it cost lots to stay their, I don't want to stay in a zoo.

Expedia double booked to my room so I ended up paying for two rooms. The first room was on first floor looking at the parking lot and construction, and the shade would not go down. Staff seemed ill trained and uninformed.
