Clean rooms

we had a problem with the bathtub drain plug. I called the desk but she could not help me.

Clean and beds were comfy Upon checking we were given a room that was already occupied. I had requested 2 queen beds, the reassigned room was a king with a sofa bed, not impressed but too tired to go back down. Got some food from their little convenience area and that desk clerk couldn’t figure out the cost with a calculator and a phone so finally got tired of it and paid more than I should have and left. Also seeing a $20 charge on my credit card and not sure why.

Clean New, comfortable. How about a cup a coffee?

Hot tub was not working. Stay was nice.

Room was clean, front desk staff was helpful. We didn’t have a microwave in the room.

Room was clean , bed was very comfortable it was a quick stop in as I had an early flight the next morning, great location lots of restaurants with in a 5 min drive . So road construction was happing on the road but even that was easy to get around and the hotel even had there on signage out . Thanks again

Getting there through the street construction was a challenge. Other than that, the place is excellent

The staff at the front desk and the bistro were exceptional. I have a son with Down Syndrome who needs to be near me. I made the mistake of booking the hotel through bookings.com and reserved 2 rooms. I asked for a King and 2 Queens with adjoining rooms. Nobody reached out to tell me the hotel did not have that setup and they had no availability with any adjoining rooms. Why would you have 2 separate King rooms adjoining in your hotel. This was not a family friendly hotel

Incredible staff, very clean, wonderful meeting area in the main lobby. Highly recommend this hotel!
