I wanted to give this hotel a higher rating because honestly, the blackout drapes were amazing, the bed was super comfy and everyone was friendly. Unfortunately, I just couldn’t get over the shower which was disgusting. It had other people’s hair and significant mildew buildup. It was the only part of the hotel/room that was dirty but for me it was gag worthy dirty and everything else saved their rating.

Nice clean hotel with the best hot breakfast and other options. Love the warm cinnamon rolls! Convenient to 94West for travelers.

The room was dirty, hair in shower, ripped furniture, stains on the sheets. Staff was friendly though. But will not be staying here again.

Holiday inn express is consistently a good option for home away from home. Friendly staff, cleanliness, good breakfasts.

It was a pleasant stay. Good continental breakfast, room was clean. TV screen was fairly dark and no buttons on the remote control to adjust brightness but overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

As always, we had an excellent stay here, with 10 family members gathering for two days. The staff were friendly and helpful. The common area was perfect for us, and the kids loved the kiddie pool and big pool. My room was clean and spacious. We had a great stay.

The staff was willing to go out of there way to help. There needs to be some maintenance done on the doors by the pool so the staff can access the rooms they need to get into. The door latches were heavily corroded. I had to assist in getting two of the doors open.

We thought the room and hotel overall were extremely clean and well maintained! The staff was friendly and breakfast was well stocked.
