Everything was great except the breakfast. Food was cold and I’m sorry but cold biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, and potatoes are not what I’m looking for.

This is our go to hotel while in Fargo . Clean , close to everything & the front desk & owner are super friendly and accommodating!

Nice comfy room. Breakfast good with helpful staff keeping breakfast stocked and area clean.

First thing: there is a sulfur smell coming from the sink, gets worse with water. The toilet seat is broken and coming a part. The bath tub is dirty and scratched up, the faucet in the bathtub is loose. The taps in the sink squeak. The conditioner bottle was broken off the wall. The duvet was ripped and stained. One pillow had a dark spot on it. Towels some were stained. Water marks on the container top. Guest TV guide stained and dirty. My kleenex box had 2 left when i checked in. One of the pillows had a back stain on it. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work. Stayed for 2 nights, no one came to empty garbages or change linens. I requested the change the duvet, that was all that was done. The hot breakfast had hardly any food, no plates, no decaf products, no fruit options. We went to swim and had no jets in the hot tub and a dirty pool and hot tub. The snacks in the vending machine were expired. Overall a disappointment, I've come to expect much better. Juaniece at the front desk was lovely and tried her best to accomodate us. There were no rooms available for me to move so I received a modest discount. The manager's email I was given at the front desk immediately bounced back.

It was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. One drawback is there was not freezer section in the fridge.

The room was too cold at first until we got the air conditioner adjusted. The room was clean. There was no floor mat for the shower. We used a towel.

AC worked. Bed was comfortable. Other peoples hair under pillows/crack between headboard and bed. Random drawer couldn’t be closed. Tv is from 2004. Door was cracked open when arrived. Landlord special with the paint. Hallway stunk. Couldn’t access laundry room. Hot tub out of service. Tried to get wifi by calling office at 9:45pm nobody answered. The place did its job. We slept and left early to our next city. Definitely won’t be stopping at a sleep inn again. Will find something nicer.

What a nice surprise. Super friendly at the front desk. Room and bathroom was nice, clean and welcoming. Very close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was mediocre. All in all , would stay here again.

We had to go to the lobby to ask questions as she didn't answer when we called. They do not keep cash so vending machines are card only

Everything was just okay and was underwhelming.

The breakfast was good though it would have been nice to have some fresh fruit. The bed was amazing! Very comfortable. The room was satisfactory.

Pet friendly & very nice comfortable rooms. Walking areas very nice around the hotel. For travelers being close to getting back on interstate but yet quiet is a big plus.
