Residence Inn Fargo

Really nice hotel (king suite). Breakfasts are nice and varied over several days. Air conditioning was so potent that it made me shiver. Shower could have been nicer, there were a few rust spots. But overall extremely comfortable and pleasant hotel. If you intend to do laundry, it only takes quarters. Super close to the Red River Zoo.

The place is getting a little run-down. The furniture is well worn and wobbly. I only had butter knives for silverware in my room. The staff was very kind to look for some forks and spoons; they couldn't find any. I had a very pleasant stay. I stayed a week, and I would come back.

Pool very cold in August. Hallways very hot, room was nice but shower curtain super low walking on it in the shower. Shower head sprayed in irregular directions, air conditioning in room was good and responsive when changing temps.

We love staying her but the whole hotel seems to be deteriorated. Our shower curtain hadn’t been cleaned with mildew growing on the bottom. A hair in the tub that was not ours. The hot tub when the jets were off had obvious brown stains on the bottom. No water in the fitness room. And worst of all, the room we had thought we reserved looked absolutely nothing like the picture, aside from the basics, a room for six but a run down worn out uncomfortable couch.

Really good experience. Check-in was smooth, pool and hot tub were nice, and breakfast was as expected.

Two bathrooms in our suite. Both had rusty bottom bathtubs. Only one of the two had shampoo and conditioner in the dispensers. Not enough dishes. Nothing to cook on if using the oven. Bathroom towel holder falls off the wall… the room itself was good if these little things got some attention. I’ve had better and worse experiences.

We were there with a soccer team made up of 10 year olds. The kids loved the amenities that were unique such as a basketball court and indoor pool and hot tub. The adults loved the gas fire pit with dancing flames.

The outside patio was very disappointing, the table that was out there looked terrible, the paint was chipping off and the floor was very dirty, there was a chicken bone on the ground. Also the propane fire pits door was just swinging in the wind, it wouldn’t close. The whole area looked very unkept.

Liked the 2 seperate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Suite was spacious and clean.

The room we had had everything you would need.It was a good size room equivalent to an efficiency.We had never stay at a Residence inn before but I think it maybe the only places we use in future if all rooms are like this..

Friendly staff clean needs some room maintenance to fix where in tear. Great breakfast variety and staff!

Beautiful property, close proximity to many bars and restaurants The bacon at breakfast was a little undercooked, but that wouldn’t sway us to never stay there again. We enjoyed our room and staff was wonderful

Great amazing management. Hot tub and pool were maintained, they did their best to stay on top of towels but it was a busy weekend. Breakfast was okay, lots of choices. Hotel is going to be renovated soon, can’t wait to see the upgrades!
