Staybridge Suites Fargo by IHG

Excellent staff. Tended to our needs and grateful for his attentiveness! Otherwise the room was okay but the pullout bed in the couch was a disaster. We needed the bed because of all our company. It was filthy with a capital F. Plus the frame was broken. Such a shame for what we paid.

This was an extremely over priced hotel that was old and had stains on couches and mattresses and dog pee stains everywhere throughout the hotel. The bathroom was gross and they are in need of a whole new cleaning/ house keeping staff.

Everything was fine except the service at check in. The lady told me 3 times she didnt have my reservation and had no rooms available and that she didn't know what to do When in fact we did reserve and pay in full. She preceded to say she didnt know how to work the new system. We had already driven for hours. It was 2am when we arrived. We didnt get into our room until 3am waiting for her to figure out this new system. Then, she had to let us in and didnt give us keys. On the way up made a joke that she hopes nobody is in the rooms. We finally get in and settled in bed and she called the room demanding we come down to give her our card because she can't find it in the new system. We declined and told her we are already in bed and it was paid online. This was a horrible experience after wr paid hundreds for (2) two bedroom rooms.

Had an overnight stay with family. Loved the feel of the area and the hotel.

We never got to stay there booking.com booked us a room that did not exist. When we went to check in. They did not have any rooms, shame on booking.com. Booking.com needs to get their ducks in a row before promising people a room

Breakfast was amazing. Very small room. Bathroom was odd. Sink outside the door, floor squeezed i was taller than the shower head and I am only 5 feet 4 inches. Only 1 elevator so it was always a wait amd unit was very small

Large room that was very clean. Continental breakfast was one of the best I've ever seen.

A good value and restful

The hotel should let travelers know that the wifi connection is unsecured and a risk for guests. I called down to the front desk before getting the password and the staff did not know if it was a secure WIFI connection. They gave me a the room code, and I used my own new password for the access. I only found out was I logged out. The Hotel ran out of office on Thursday morning for over an hour. Breakfast/ Coffee starts late 7:30am.

No pool despite pictures, not well maintained and repairs were not well done, didn't plan to have to put away dishes from someone elses stay, the desk staff was constantly out smoking, breakfast is good, spacious room but dated and worn furniture but seemed cleaned however needs more trash options (bags).
