Read many negative reviews but stayed anyway as we were traveling with dogs and there were few options in area that night. The room was OK, clean with a comfortable mattress. Only bad was the outside temp was over 100 in evening and AC struggled all night. It worked, but noise level at even lowest setting was 56 decibels - loud for sleeping. After I booked it, spouse found reviews that mentioned bedbugs. We asked about it at desk, and got a weak answer about people confusing other bugs for bed bugs. Once in our room we stripped the beds and looked everywhere and found NO evidence. And neither of us got any bites. We had NO bug issues.

The bed was clean and comfortable. The breakfast area needed cleaned and restocked. The staff were friendly.

When I arrived, I found the property to be in unacceptable condition. The room and facility smelled bad, felt hot and sticky, and appeared unclean. In addition, there were police on the property responding to a dispute, which made me feel unsafe. Because of these conditions, I checked out and did not stay at the hotel. Instead, I slept in my vehicle. I paid for a safe, clean, and habitable accommodation, and the property did not meet those expectations. I respectfully request a full refund of the amount charged. Please review my reservation and advise me regarding the refund process. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Very friendly staff only complaint was dog poop outside.

This was a good reminder that you get what you pay for. The hotel is super cheap, but it just felt gross and unsafe. People were screaming down the halls in the middle of the night. At one point, a woman pepper-sprayed a man and robbed his room. He crouched in the hallway, screaming and screaming until the police came. The staff was super helpful though! They helped rinse out the man's eyes and were super nice to us. The breakfast was also awesome. It was much better than what I was expecting.

The bathroom was really not clean. We forgot a instruction manual for an oxygen concentrator and called to see if they could hold it for us and keep it so they could mail it and they had already tossed it in the trash apparently.

Was easy to check in. Felt old and dated, floors were messed up and broken. Just felt dirty everywhere. Very dirty property outside. Very low end motel. Won’t stay again.

The location was good The place is not kept up outside of building. Landscaping was horrible. The building is outdated with no elevator to get to third floor where we stayed.

The pull out couch had drugs embeded. The floor has coffee stain. Push on the door and it opens. The receptionist was on a personal call the whole time checking me in.

Affordable, friendly staff, good continental breakfast
-
It's a cheaper option hotel next to a busy road. The breakfast consisted of cereal, waffles, bread, and coffee.
-
Breakfast not as varied as usual at other motels

I liked the bright lighting in the room.
