Everything was good, the value for money is a very good place to rest on a two-day trip

I stayed at this hotel about several times now, and it's an awesome place to stay at. The staff is friendly, helpful and amazing. And I truly recommend staying here for one night or two.

Unfortunately, we were required to change rooms because a light blocking blind was not functional in the window which faced bright parking lot lights. This was a non-smoking hotel which is wonderful. When we were moved to the replacement room and collapsed on the bed to look at the ceiling, we noticed that the smoke detector in the room was covered securely buy a plastic Ziploc bag. A quick phone call to the front desk assured us at the bag should not be there. We removed it easily. However, while the room did not smell smoky, it's obvious that that someone had opted to smoke inside the room in the recent past. The front desk was advised of these two matters upon our departure. They were very apologetic and we understand that housekeeping may not notice every change to a room, but we were very appreciative their attention. Overall, it's a good place to stay in Farmington.

I stayed one night but my room was clean and quiet

The value for money proposition of this property is just right. Well maintained, good breakfast, clean rooms, comfortable bed, large enough bathroom. The property feels safe. Sufficient parking included. Continual maintenance is evident. My go to place in Farmington. Priced well for the level of accommodation.

Police shut down my route to hotel. Had to take alternate route that added 10+ minutes to my trip to a gas station just around the corner

Will stay there again

Despite the description on the website, there is no restaurant on site. Everything was broken: pool, water cooler in fitness center, ice machines, elevator buttons. Do yourself a favor and skip this, and stay somewhere nicer on main street. Absolute garbage

The gentleman at check in, Nikon, maybe Nikkon, was kind of off putting at check in. But later I had a couple of questions and a request and he was very helpful. 5 stars for him.

Just ok hotel. Room was nicer than common areas. Staff were friendly.

We have stayed there 3 times now. Anywhere from a day to over a week at a time. The rooms are great, the beds are comfortable, breakfast is good but it’s the same options everyday. Sad the pool is empty. Staff is great! Definitely our favorite hotel in Farmington.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

The staff is great, helpful and knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. The property has signs of been remodeled and it looks great, even though when navigating the floors it was a bit of a maze. The rooms were shockingly nice, very clean, huge king bed, luxurious and obviously remodeled too. Only complaints and why I give this property 3 stars is for 2 reasons, I) No luggage cart so I had to carry all of my luggage. II) The TV in the room while nice and big, works great, does not swivel so unless you prefer to watch the TV from bed, it is useless. I like to watch TV while I eat but couldn't do it and I have a ROKU I travel with to watch YouTube/Netflix but you can't access the back of the TV to plug it in, so I left the TV off for the one night I stayed. If they can get luggage carts and have more accessible TV's then this will easily be a 5 star rating. The hotel overall had plenty of parking, easily accessible, walking distance to gas station, food and not far from Downtown. Very clean property.

Clean property. Close to the main road. Would have been perfect if they had a pool.
