The first room we checked into smelled like sewage. They were willing to move our room to a handicap room (which didn't smell) so that was helpful. Apparently they were "sold out". There were several signs posted that the pool was "temporarily" out of service as was the ice machine on our floor. The second morning I went downstairs to get coffee and the Starbucks area was closed because someone called in sick. We did enjoy walking out the back and being on the river walk.

If you are traveling with family this is not the place to stay at all.

Clean room, pool out of order which was one of the main reasons for staying there. No breakfast. Property was well maintained, helpful front desk staff.

I love the space, bedding, the TV and location. I do not like the fact that refrigerator is on a 2-hour timer and it is small size. It is exhausting having to switch on the cooling button inside the refrigerator.

Absolutely disappointed in the hotel overpriced. The entrance stunk of old rank air freshener. Staff stressed and grumpy.

The property was nice were it’s located. The staff wasn’t nice the room when we got in the toilet paper holder was broken and it was like someone staged it to break when we grabbed the TP. There was no hand soap in the room. Also were they never freshened our room while we stayed there.

This was an amazing place to stay. It appears that it has been updated recently. It was very clean and in great condition. The only issue we had was the smell that someone was smoking pot somewhere on our floor. The management was trying to figure out who it was, but had not figured it out before we left.

clean room, friendly staff, there were no towels in the swimming area, but the friendly handyman grabbed us some. we also needed a plunger and had to ask a few different helpers before we found one.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were very comfortable after a hard day and sleep very well. This hotel has a comfortable atmosphere, that’s very relaxing don’t go if your in a big hurry because you’ll miss out.
