Don’t be deceived by the outside. It sits in a desert not a lush green forest. Yes the building is is old to today’s standards but once you step inside the lobby and rooms they are perfect! Nice and clean and many updated amenities, beds and linens perfect for the wary traveler. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy and relax.

Check in was easy and quick. The staff on duty was very friendly and was quick to point out the local restaurant guide for me. Room was clean and comfortable. I didn't have the breakfast but did enjoy the morning coffee! Overall a nice facliity at the price point. I can't really offer any improvement suggestions since the facility met my expectations. If I am needing to stay in Farmington again I would definately stay here again.

This place was great, especially for the price. Nice employees and clean building and rooms. Water pressure in the showers are impeccable. The only bad thing is the hallway smelled like weed, I’m assuming somebody had just smoked it, not really the hotels fault.

The rooms were clean. Good shower/tub. Hotel good but dated. The outside of the hotel needs updating. The bed was good great charging in the room. Wi-Fi good but slow at first. Hotel doesn’t look like photos

The pool is wonderful and the grounds are well kept. We walked to dinner and felt safe on the property. This is a good hotel for a stop in the area. The air conditioner is very loud and didn't work well. It was hard to get to sleep. The breakfast was pretty good, nothing fancy or extensive but the mini donuts were a nice touch
