What an amazing place! Vito and his family/staff were just outstanding, very friendly and accommodating. The place itself was full of charm, comfortable, clean and had everything we could ask for. The breakfast was simple but nice and delicious. The swimming pool was great and had the perfect temperature. The location was very strategic to visit Monopoli, Polignano al Mare, Alberobello, etc. just 20/30 minutes away from everything. Truly a great experience especially due to Vito and his team that made it even better. Thank you! The shower temperature was a bit difficult to control, but everything was great besides that.

Vito and his team Roberta, Daniella, Maria and Milo were amazing- treated us like familia ❤️ Providing outstanding customer service we didn’t want to leave! Vito has incredible knowledgeable of the area and went above and beyond to make sure our trip was nothing short of amazing. We attended a family wedding at Masseria Salamina and this location was perfect . You are only a car ride away from all the beautiful surrounding towns including Polignano a Mere , Monopoli and Alberobello. Vito gave us 5 star treatment daily and on top of that he arranged a hairdresser and beautician to come on site the morning of the wedding - outstanding! Vito even arrived ahead of time to get our group train tickets (amazing!!). Very serene surroundings yet a stones throw away from all the sights. The breakfast, espressos and cappuccino are to die for! We cannot wait to return again some day- Thank you Vito, Roberta, Daniella and Maria . We would be remiss not to also highlight Vito’s brother Giampiero- a mirror of Vito in providing outstanding customer service ❤️ - these brothers got it all!! ❤️ The language was never a barrier because Roberta and Vito made it so easy. - Have you booked already?? I have to say this accommodation was definitely the highlight of our trip. Fantastic historic building but well- maintained, clean with good touch of modern facility for satisfying needs. Vito and his family were absolutely amazing. We had some late-night last min car service request, Vito stayed up for accommodating us. Very reliable! ? Very reasonable prices for the drinks in the mini fridge as well. Pool was stunning, didnt get chance for use it this time but hopefully next! Adorable pets, warm-welcome from Vito, great breakfast and cool rooms - the whole package just makes a perfect experience ? Nothing really

Vito and his team cannot do enough for you. Every day they shared recommendations on where to go and what to do, and based on our itinerary they booked our restaurants each night. Communicating through what’s app was super helpful too, and we’d even get suggestions on whether we needed a jacket or coat based on the weather. Truly going above and beyond! We also got to pick and choose what type of croissants we wanted ahead of the next morning. And they would also make anything (within reason) in their kitchen. The rooms were very spacious and had everything you need, as well as a comfy bed. Thank you Vito and team for making our first Puglia holiday so special!

It was unique, simplistic beauty. Sun beds in the best spots overlooking the fertile banks. A sweet elderly dog wandered around independently and curious cats and their young played around us. It was a heavenly place with a pool surrounded by a rocky enclave. The bed was a 4 poster with a bathroom that housed a double shower. Everything was spotless, rustic and there was even a washing up bowl filled with necessities like deodorant toothpaste, shampoo. Most of all the proprietors were charming and went out of their way to be helpful. They even went into the village to buy fresh hot focaccia. We can’t wait to return. It was perfection

The pool , staff friendliness & attention to service plus handy location, recommendations for restaurants & festivals a real bonus. Nothing seemed to be a real problem & enjoyed the quiet set back location in nature Unreliable wi fi, TV have some English channels, air conditioning unit preferably not located above bed head, a check in instructions to state only use Waze vs google maps

Amazing stay! The location was perfect, close to the beach and most popular towns. What really made this place special were the hosts, incredible people who really care about their guests. Nothing, it was perfect!

Set in a beautiful location close to Fasano, this Fantastic property is one of the best I’ve stayed in as a frequent travel. Beautiful rooms with authentic and rustic touches yet with modern touches such as a double shower. The pool is stunning, the surroundings are of amazing landscape. But most of all, the friendly and always accommodating staff led by Vito who is a true gentleman and his lovely family. Nothing. The property and team who run it are as good as it gets. They made our trip one in a million

First, the people. Vito, Adriano, Milo and Roberta made us all feel very welcomed. The authentic Masseria stay that I wanted was delivered by this property. Vito, upon learning that we liked figs and that we enjoyed drinking the Cafe Leccese, made us some and got us fresh figs from his mother’s tree! The coffee, he also made it the traditional way and not from a Nepresso machine which I found most hotels in Italy does now. With the property’s pool still under renovation, Vito got us a voucher for the Sabaddioro Beach club which turned out to be so much better than a pool. We loved our stay in this Masseria! If you love seafood like my family, Vito’s restaurant recommendations were superb! The food, the ambiance, the wine, the service - all were excellent and I am very picky with restaurants. If you want an affordable without breaking the bank authentic Masseria experience with such lovely, attentive, and hospitable hosts - this is the place! Nothing. It checked all my boxes for an authentic Masseria experience and it is close to the coast.

Exceptional

No words. Everything was absolutely amazing, from the staff, to breakfast, to the gardens, the pool, the room, the parking. Vito and his family were so welcoming. They were lovely to hang out with. Vito booked us wonderful restaurants to nearby historical Puglian villages, gave us great recommendations as well. We are looking forward to visiting again in the near future! Nothing to report.

We stayed here for 5 nights. Room very comfortable and clean. Nice location (considering we were there for a wedding in the region) Vito is the property owner and received us as part of the family. He was super kind with us even before we reached the hotel, giving us the right directions. He is there for anything you need, from turist info to preparing breakfast with what you need. This was our first trip (couple alone) since our kid was born and It was a perfect stay in Puglia. We did really have a rest and enjoyed our party. The shower is ok and doesn’t have much pressure . However we have stayed in 3 other hotels in Italy in 3 different cities and it seems this is a common problem for all of them. Wifi could have been better.

The property is very nice with beautiful mountains views and swimming pool located closeby charming Fasano, Monopoli and around 30 min drive to Ostuni and enchanting Alberobello. Quietness of the environment. Fresh tasty croissants delivered each morning for the guests. Location, flexibility and hospitality of Cristina and Vito. Great communication and friedliness. Cristina and Vito were very helpful providing us with great restaurants recommendations and very kind to book them for us.
