Location is fun, but loud on the weekend. Smelled old and musty. Shower curtain had mildew on bottom and old dirty towel in closet.

I liked the location The communication from the property was not very good. There was also a roach in our room. We also had problems with the room, not getting cool and we left an item there and tried to contact the property and they just gave us a short answer saying that they did not have anything turned in, but there were items found by a back door, but didn’t specify what.

Cute little bed and breakfast type vibe. We didn't interact with the property managers at all. Got the electronic codes sent straight via text and walked right in. Great little property little on Dickson St. Walking distance to bars and shops.

The location relative to the university was close by, but on a Thursday night with the piano bar playing until late hours it doesn't make it the best fit I didn't like it. It was dirty. I didn't like that. None of the outlets worked in the room. I hated the staircase and trying to take my luggage up the stairs to the room, and I really didn't like trying to sleep with the piano bar going till late hours of the night.
