I booked the room 6 months early. We walk in at 9pm on UARK move in week and we’re told they had to cancel our room. I received an email at 7:45 that it was cancelled but didn’t see it because we were driving. Very disappointed. Not canceling the room I book 6 months prior.

My room and the hotel were very clean. Parking was easy. The hotel is very well located, with restaurants, Walmart, Best Buy and other retail shops within walking distance. Breakfast offerings were okay, but the coffee, both decaf and regular were horribly bitter.

The property was conveniently located to downtown Fayetteville. There was as a nice bike/walking path right behind the hotel. The room had a mini fridge and microwave as well as a Keurig. I prefer rooms with tile over carpet. The room had a musty wet odor/feeling.

Clerk gave me a room at the end of the hall very far from the elevator. She forgot to tell me that the laundry room closes at 10:00 p.m. each night.

Our room was dirty. There was a smear of dirt on the curtains, short hairs in the tub and something wiped across the wallpaper on one of the walls inside of the bathroom. The tub faucet was unstable and was loose.
