La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Fayetteville

Last time we stay here. Rooms not cleaned unless you ask. For ~$130/night the room should be cleaned every day without requesting it.

The pool was over chlorinated and had a stomach floating on the surface.

I stayed there while my mother was in the hospital. The rooms were clean. The staff was nice. I had to ask for an extra Pillow and they provided one quickly. The breakfast was very good air-conditioning worked nicely. I would definitely stay there again.

Pool was clean and well lit. Snacks were available near the front desk. On-site laundry for guests.

Saturday we took an Uber to the stadium for a concert. As we were waiting to get in the doors, my husband realized he forgot to lock our car door at the hotel. We contacted the front desk and they took care of us!! Thank you so much for the great customer service!!!

This is the area to stay in very clean by the medical center a lot of clinics around there not so many vagrants walking around

The rooms were clean. The bed very comfy.

I was fooled by the people who rated this place a 10/10 bc it DEF. is not. Those people clearly don't travel often thus have no concept of what a "10" looks like or were paid to write that review. The front desk staff were nice, but the hotel needs some TLC, the breakfast was very average and the room could have been cleaner. I would never walk around on that floor barefoot. I will not be giving this hotel a second chsnce; there's too many in Fayetteville to choose from.

The doors and walls were a little thin, so I suggest getting a room away from the elevator.

Room was clean & ac was cold.

Not sure if there's anything that can be done about some of this but the water pressure was terrible. Everything else was okay. We'd stay here again just because we liked the location and the staff was friendly and helpful. The walls are papered then though and we could hear two different rooms TVs blaring at 1:00 in the morning that was frustrating. But luckily we just feel back asleep.

So the first night today that we had, we ended up getting bedbugs bites all over our ankles and body, and then the next morning when we had already complained about it to the front office, the owner walked in without knocking while I was changing thankfully I was in the corner and then our fridge broke down Midday and we had food that went bad on top of that. We also didn’t have a functioning telephone whenever we complained the owner kept avoiding us and didn’t show up the next morning when he said that we were gonna talk to him and then I never got a callback from him when I was told I would
