Upon arrival to Motel 6 I was informed the room I had paid for through hotels.com wasn’t available so they charged me again for a room that was so disgusting I left and went to another hotel. The room had a posted sign that said no smoking but reeked of cigarettes, dead cockroaches on the floor, I was given the key to a room that had someone in it already, do not go to this motel 6.

It was convenient to shopping and things to do Every single room was dirty and nasty.I had to move to 3 different rooms before we got to 1 , that was clean enough for me to sleep in and all the doors are messed up and broke in and it is hard to get in the rooms

I must take time to acknowledge the extremely nice check-in clerk, Susie. She seemed embarrassed to offer the room to me. My frustration is more with Expedia than with the motel. How dare you offer that establishment as a reasonable place for patrons to stay. Once we checkout on Expedia, we have no choice but to spend the night or just lose the money we spent. Truly, you have no decency. In my 75 years of travel and renting hotel rooms this was utterly the worst venue I have ever seen. I suspect, I will never see this review posted on the Expedia website. Shame on you.
