The desk staff wasn’t as nice as the ones the last time we stayed except for the guy at night

It as clean. The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly. The room is as a bit small, but efficient.

Location Needs to improve cleaning

We just used this hotel for an overnite stay while driving. It was clean, cool and just what we needed.

Overall, the stay was okay. I normally won't write a review unless the stay was outstanding or it was poor. Let me start by saying when I checked in the 2 young ladies were welcoming and inviting. Later in the night I was greeted by a giant (roach to me) waterbug. I notified the night person, who told me that it happens when it's humid. I have never seen this in a Hilton property. If I can't put my shoes on the floor, I'm not comfortable. When I checked out, I was not asked "how was everything or anything". Btw, the breakfast was good (they had bacon). So the person at the desk only asked did I want a receipt?

There was nothing unique or special about this hotel other than the complementary breakfast. The staff was rude, the shower was dirty, soap dispenser in the bathroom was hanging off the wall, and the bed sounded like the was going to fall apart. I will never stay here again.

Location Rooms wasn’t cleaned every day and I had ro ask for towels and body wash.

It was much better than the Extended Stay we had. It was a little far from the airport.
