Clean Room, Comfortable bed. Great Breakfast and very nice staff. Some parts of the Hotel have had their best days. Toilets in the basement are quite outdated, The roof in out bathroom in the shower was quite low (if you're below 180 it should be fine).

The staff were helpful and friendly Parking places were available and convenient if you travel with a car Breakfast was satisfactory You can hear everything that happens on your floor and one floor above. In my opinion, the price should be more attractive. They didn't have a room that could fit a family of four, so we were split between two rooms.

The staff accommodating us last minute with kindness was refreshing. The room and entire premise was super cozy.

We had just arrived from Vaduz (Liechtenstein) when we came upon this hotel. It was like something out of a fairy tale: we were welcomed by a smiling concierge at the front desk, and our room was spotless—perfect for a night, or even for a few days. The bed was comfortable, but the two best things came after we dropped off our suitcases. First, we went to the spa, which was amazing and private. Second, the food in the evening was high quality and expertly prepared. The fantastic included breakfast was the perfect finish. I recommend this place 100%! Nothing negative of the hotel just that it’s perfect.

Location, location, location!! It’s an easy drive to Liechtenstein and Switzerland. We hiked Kronberg and Ebenalp in Switzerland and Wildschloss in Liechtenstein. Plus time on the Rhein Wanderweg! The 4-bed room was great for our family. They did not have a mini fridge but provided an ice bucket which was great for chilling beers for after the kids went to sleep. The spa was fantastic; I especially liked the cold tank. After running a 10k every morning and then hiking 5-7 miles during the day, the spa was a perfect way to wrap up the evening! Breakfast was also fantastic. There were so many options. And it was delicious. Everyone was happy! We ate dinner there twice. The food was fantastic. Both the traditional meals and vegetarian options were great. Our kids devoured the Kinderschnitzel and Spaetzle both nights! Parking was also super easy. They have 3 lots that provide plenty of options!

The pillow was tiny and you should ask reception for an 'upgrade' :-)

Nothing not to like here! Very friendly welcoming staff, fantastic food, all areas immaculately clean. This was just a random choice for an overnight stop en route to Dolomites, but was actually such a good experience, it really helped to make the holiday. Room, food, beer, staff, restaurant, area etc etc

Convenient location on our trip from ski area in France thru Switzerland to ski area in Italy.

Staff was friendly, but that's the only positive thing. Disgusting garbage smell the moment you leave the room. Dirty plates during breakfast. People constantly smoking in front of the building entrances. Extremely noisy inside. When people walk in the halls or use their shower or flush the toilet in their room, you hear lots of noise. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything was excellent, the hotel is very well managed and taken care off; very clean; the room was very comfortable, breakfast was very good with many varieties and choices :) the restaurant was very nice, the staff is very friendly and helpful; the food we selected was very tasty. NOTHING! there was no reason to complain or be negative about.

It was clean and the staff at the reception was friendly. No hot water after 11 or 12 a.m., if you want to take a hot shower it has to be in the morning. Happened every day so clearly they’ve set the timer on the boiler to save money. Cleaning staff starts cleaning and using vacuum cleaners at 9 a.m. They would knock to see if the room is available for cleaning (not giving a damn about the red DND sign), happened to me twice during the 4 day stay.
