It was very clean and the staff was amazingly helpful! We had trouble checking in but they fixed it quickly and made sure we were comfortable. The people were so kind and helpful and even helped us order pizza for the kids! The location was a bit strange being in an area with warehouses, but the area was clean.

Everything was super easy to find and access. It was a little loud in the adjoining rooms. Could hear all doors slamming, etc.

The staff was extremely helpful. Was able to check in and get the keys with a code since we arrived after reception closed. Easy parking. Very clean. AC worked great. The bakery attached had wonderful options for breakfast or grabbing something for the road. We were visiting Liechtenstein and it was a way better price to stay in Feldkirch. Location if walking a bit far from restaurants if I had anything negative.. By car 5 minutes to many restaurants.

Very nice and helpful staff in reception. Large room for 4 people, incl large bathroom. The sofa bed was like 2 real beds, very comfortable. Clean och modern. Amazing breakfast to add on in the bakery in the same building. Nice 10 minutes walk to the charming city in the evening, with lots of restaurants to chose from. Parking just outside the entrance. The only thing to improve would be to add bed lamps/reading lamps. Everything else was perfect for a one night stay.

We visited this place for the second time in the last 3 years. The value for money is still very high and the hosts are really kind and helpful. I’d love to visit for a third time sometime soon!

There was parking outside. Easy check in with a pin code. The bathroom was newly remodeled. I had a single room on the 1st floor. There is a bakery in the basement/ground floor. It was quite noisy through the night.I could also hear the traffic outside with the windows slowed and shades pulled down.

My recent stay at this hotel was great. The staff was super friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was impeccably clean, which made my stay comfortable and relaxing. And let us not forget about the breakfast - it was delicious, a perfect start to the day. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay. Despite the excellent service and amenities, there was a slight inconvenience due to noise from Bickel Transport GmbH's lorries. Their drivers seemed indifferent to fuel consumption, leaving their diesel engines running and preventing the opening of windows. However, this did only slightly overshadow the overall positive experience.
