Missing air conditioning and coffee machine in the rooms.

The location was nice for where we were going. The parking was a joke. No real help. Noisy at night, as we could close the windows because of the heat.

The lady in reception it was very rude from the start we check in she wasn’t helpful and not kind. Not even smile. my friend When he order before we check in she insisted to pay first in rude way I even asked her we will pay not going anywhere. I check out from the hotel next day because of this attitude and when we asked and call first time regarding there is no service of water or anything she responded amazing this what it’s. Also, we called her to ask her many times and she didn’t answer I came down at the same time she was there and she said I am busy!!! This not kind of people you need to be working or dealing it’s her job to answer the phone not just see it and ignore it. We forgot one thing and I came back and she refuse to help or asked the people in the room.!

The room misses basic stuff like a AC, hair conditioner, mini bar, etc. Moreover, I faced a rude situation with their staff, I had something left with them. I needed it. The reception staff is not present at same hotel. Someone came, he left my stuff on the floor, at the ground floor and didn’t give to me in hand. Moreover, the ground floor was too dark, the staff member even refused to turn on the light. Additionally, the receptionist made fun of me because I said that the place is so scary and I asked him to kindly turn on the light. He kept making fun of me and said silly jokes. I have never seen a rude treatment like this in my life and would have never expected that from a hotel! Guests are coming to have fun and chill out and not to have rude treatment from your staff!

Not related to the hotel but there weren't enough family friendly places to take children and way too much smoking on terraces. We were there for my husband's work so ended up just eating Kebabs. The only room related thing was that the shower leaked through two gaps in the rubber gasket where the door shut against the frame.

It's missing a fan when it's very hot

Close to the old town. Clean and quiet. Felt very sterile and “cold.” No tea or coffee in the room. Rather bland overall.

Amazing location in the center by the castle. Very close to the train station. Paid parking across the street. Nice decor. Soft beds. Fast internet. Kind staff. Good price. Late check out. No Air Conditioning. No hot water kettle in room. Slight mold in my bathroom.

The internet speed is really slow. I stayed in a room facing a small inner yard, where some people were chatting really loudly until 20:00. I could hear doors being slammed in the corridor, this happened several times and for dessert someone on the upper floors decided to watch a movie at 1:00 on the open window on max volume. There was no small fridge in the room.

Early check in: 20 euro. Breakfast: 16 euro.Tiny cappuccino with breakfast: 4 euro 50. The Ryan Air of hotels. Room temperature too warm. Massive tour groups.

Location, friendly staff, cleanliness of the entire hotel, free apples at the reception, ability to leave luggage ? and go site seeing after checking out. In addition, the back stairs lead you into the town centre. Though the reception is not 24 hours, keys could be collected at their sister hotel, which is a few minutes away

Location in old town center. Room could have been cleaned more thoroughly as there were still long hair around. Public parking in the area is free from 6pm.

Short walk from the train station. Low price. Only one pillow was provided on the double bed (because I was travelling alone… but what on earth??!). The room seemed quite old fashioned: the mattress was a bit bouncy, the furniture was outdated and the shower tap was clearly in need of replacement. Though there is a lift, you have to walk up several steps to get into the building, which wasn’t ideal with a heavy suitcase. Worst of all, as I arrived late, I had to walk to another hotel to pick up my key, which was further than this hotel from the train station - not what I needed at midnight!
