Best Western Premier Central Hotel Leonhard

Wasn’t warned there was a wine festival next to the property, which spilled onto the street under my window until 3 am.

Great location right next to the Altstadt. Parking directly below. AC was great in the afternoon but stopped working at night. Could not get it working. It very very hot. Couldn't sleep. Tried opening the window, but it opened directly next to a window in the hallway of the hotel, so anyone could look directly into our beds, plus the hallway light shined directly into the room

Location was very good with parking and good facilities close to restaurants in the town. The staff were very friendly and helpful They did not replenish the coffee in the room. The parking had to be paid for and was expensive. The hotel was really difficult to find. Following Waze or Google led us to a street with nothing sign posted. The main entrance is on the opposite side and the sign is only on that side of the square and not visible form the other side!

The hotel is well located in the center and parking right under the hotel connected by lift. There is a fine dinning restaurant just 200 meters away. The room is very spacious and enough place for suitcases. Bed was comfortable and we had a good sleep. In the morning house keeping knocked on the door even if there was DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door.

All was clean modern and convenient Convenient location means it is next to Montforthaus where there was the Rauch Company Christmas party with extreme noise all night, hence we did not sleep the second night. We are wondering if there should be a time limit for such parties; maybe the hotel can suggest that.

Location just across the concert hall, in immediate proximity to the Feldkirch pedestrian area. 24h reception desk. Clean, modern, comfortable facilities and rooms. Good breakfast - both English and Continental - incl. good coffee. Some of the room windows go out to the local motorway; it is noisy when the windows are open. We were traveling mid October. One of the reasons we had chosen the hotel for was access to the sauna. Unfortunately, shortly before our arrival it turned out that the relaxation area with the pool, steam bath and sauna area was operating November-April only. Room doors were hard/tricky to close from the outside due to a tight lock. The breakfast buffet has a good choice, however, we would have wished for a broader assortment and higher quality fresh fruit cut instead of a salad of very basic fruit. A couple of fish snacks - e.g., gravlaks, herring, and sour-cream to the pancakes, would have been great. Hope to return soon to test the sauna during the winter season.

The hotel seemed like it was just renovated, very clean and well appointed. I can't say anything bad about this hotel.

Great breakfast. Location is very central. Pool is only open in winter.

Comfortable bed, quiet, nice view from the room. We were in Room 418. The air-conditioning didn't work, it just blew the air around but didn't cool it. The room was too hot to sleep comfortably at night. The shower flooded the whole bathroom floor right out under the door and into the entrance area. We had to put towels down on the floor to try to soak up the water. There was a loud vibrating noise in the bathroom when the plumbing was in use. We reported all these issues to the reception staff on the first night of our stay. The next day we were told the noise couldn't be fixed, but that the other two issues would be sorted out by a technician. They weren't. On our last morning the bathroom floor flooded again and the aircon was still not working. The room is not fit to be used by guests at all, let alone for the amount that we paid. The staff were unapologetic and made no suggestions about charging us less than the full rate.

Modern and spacious bathroom. The room equipment was modern. The sofa bed for the child was very good. Parking is in garages under the hotel. Accommodation in the city center. Very soft mattress. Very narrow bed. Very weak and noisy air conditioning. Average breakfast.

Central location, next to a supermarket. They were very kind and helped me with a bottle of prosecco for my husband's birthday. The breakfast is excellent, rich, and the staff attentive and kind. The room is spacious and clean. The parking lot is public, shared with the supermarket and gets crowded during the day. It is also a bit noisy in the evening, the bar is full of guests.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, room on 6th floor with balcony had a beautiful view of the castle and old town, breakfast offering was impressive, comfortable. Pool was closed.

The breakfast was wonderful. One thing that stood out to me is that it had my favorite juice available - black currant juice. It is the only hotel of the 12 I used on this trip to have that available at breakfast. I have stayed at 3 other hotels in Feldkirch in the past. Last year I tried this hotel & decided to always stay here while in Feldkirch. It is easy to get to, it has its own indoor parking, the rooms are really nice & the location is perfect, with a view of Schattenburg Castle from the hotel. I have made this my hotel of choice in Feldkirch.
