The lady in charge was excellent! She was very accommodating and welcoming. We truly liked her. We would recommence her to everyone.

Room was snug for a family

The cleaning lady was very nice and gave us instructions to find an open place to have breakfast. Would have been nice to have an option to pre-order breakfast or something like that. It's especially tricky to find an open place on a holiday. Scanning a credit card to enter the hotel was a bit strange.

The location was perfect. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Auto-check-in worked well. We enjoyed seeing the town and found a good restaurant.

I had to cancel my stay due to heavy construction work around the hotel that wasn’t warned about. Big machinery and noise around the building. Even more: self check in isn’t for me. I like the old fashion way to have someone at the desk to receive travellers Although I have to say that my last minute cancellation was accepted. Maybe next time. N/A

Everything went smoothly. I arrived very late - after 23h - and found the digital system easy to use. Quickly found everything. My 3rd floor room was cute and modern. Comfy bed; fluffy bedding and pillow. Slept very well. No noise. That I was only going to be there for 1 night.

Small pretty hotel in the middle of Feldkirch, very practical, comfortable and clean. I was a bit worried about the "digital check in" without staff but I should say it worked perfectly and with minimum effort The hotel sends a lot of emails and sms, which gives a good sense of communication, but all of them are in German, which makes it confusing for non german speakers. I was getting all this info and not clue what it said and was worried I was missing something important. I would suggest you minimize a bit the amount of emails and sms, and definitely do an English version

Good location

Construction going on around property so temporary walk around most of hotel. But no work during our stay so didn’t cause any issues

There was no one on staff when I arrived at the hotel so I was unable to get into the hotel until some other guests arrived and let me in. There was also lots of construction happening around the hotel so there were ramps as walkways and lots of rocks to walk through.

Hotel was beautiful, modern, and clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Coffee was great!! Loved our stay! Oh and opening the doors with the phone is so high tech and cool!! Nothing!

Modern, new and very conveniently located properly. Self check in was super useful! Our dog was welcome. Nothing really. The bed could be softer but that’s a personal preference

The location is perfect—right in the center, close to everything. The room was clean, modern, stylish and quiet, with a very comfortable bed. Digital check-in was easy and the on - line support was friendly and responsive. A great place to stay—I'd definitely come back! Parking nearby can be a bit tricky.
