Breakfast had an excellent array of options. Staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable including helping out with my daughter's iced coffee.

The breakfast was excellent. The whole family liked it a lot. The staff was very friendly and patient with my questions. Their a/c does not work when outside temp is at 19deg Celsius or below. Thereby our room was a bit too warm for us during bedtime.

1) The staff is really nice (both in the restaurant and at the reception) 2) Breakfast is ok ( like almost everywhere in Europe without hot porridge, but you will not leave it hungry for sure) 3) The room was clean and quite new 4) Free parking right outside (note that the underground parking is 10 euro!) 1) The room window was above the restaurant and till 2am big company was loudly drinking there. I understand that it’s not the hotel problem, but the people, though I would prefer some hotel staff ask them to go away after 11pm. Or may be the restaurant together with the open terrace should be closed for night time to avoid these situations 2) Instead of complimentary water in the room was a bootle for 5 euro. Insane, every normal hotel put the water in the room out of charge 3) The outside parking was empty, but we were told to go to underground parking for some reason. And yes, underground parking is not free! 4) We had 2 small mattresses on the double bed instead of one big mattress. It’s very disappointing!

Room was big and very comfortable. Breakfast had different things (sweet and salty) and was good. We also had dinner in the restaurant and the food was very good. They also have some vegetarian options which was good for us. It was only a one night stay but very good. Train station and bus station are in walking distance I can't say anything that was not good. Maybe that it is not in the center of Feldkirch, but it is only a 10minutes walk, which is not any problem
