Staff were excellent! Hotel is well equipped, especially appreciated proper bed, what is quiet rare to find in Italy.

Loved the common area and the beach was really great. Also the breakfast and staff was nice. The pictures do not represent all the rooms well. We ended up in a not renovated room and unlike the pictures the bathroom was really old and everything was just lived through quite a bit leading it to not being clean. Really not what we were expecting judging by the pictures and hence I did not like the value for money with regard to our room. The view from the terrace was nice though. If you book a renovated room or do not mind the older rooms you will have a great stay!

The location on the lake is stunning. The beach area and swimming opportunity were fantastic. The staff were incredibly hospitable, friendly and professional. Nothing. Great place.

Everything was amazing:) I really liked the history of this hotel and how everything there is so family-like and homely. I had the feeling that I came to my family's summer house❤️ There were no stairs on the pier and it was difficult to get out of the water.

Good beach, beach bar and cool water sport equipment for rent. Hotel is only a few minutes walk fro tue nearby restaurants, Amazing staff, really! helpful in everything we needed, pleasant and friendly. All was simply great.

Great location I thought it was a bit expensive

Fantastic hotel with best view of lake maggiore room nice, good parking with friendly staff. Lovely breakfast Comfy beds, would be great in summer when you could access the lake etc Tv was impossible to understand or get to work to a normal tv channel , wifi was intermittent, very frustrating when trying to use it. location would be limited without a car. Quite a busy road to walk along to the nearest village.

Beautiful location on the shore of the Lago Maggiore. Lovely terrace, little beach to go into the water, lounge chairs, great for a relaxing moment! Our room had a nice balcony with a beautiful view of the lake. The air-condiioning did not work, luckily we could keep the windows open at night.

They only thing this hotel had going for it was the view of the lake. This hotel is located off a major road so trying to leave to grab dinner or anything was a risk. Parking is terrible at this location. The rooms are very outdated our room specifically had a horrible smell it smelt like old urine and the smell really came out when you had the shower going. There were hairs in the towels when we went to go and use them.Walking around the room your feet would just be so dirty. When we addressed the concerns to the management lady she didn’t seem to care she had someone come up and poor something in our drain in the bathroom said that should fix it - and no it didn’t. We couldn’t enjoy the hotel we actually left 2 days early didn’t want our kids sleeping in filth. The breakfast that came included in this overpriced hotel was nasty it all looked soggy like it had been left out way to long. There isn’t much access to the water at the hotel as well. There is a small section that you can get in at but watch out for all the boats coming through trying to dock. Save your money stay somewhere else .
