Tasty breakfast, excellent staff Bathroom lighting for shaving not great. No soap cup in shower for soap and shampoo.

One night there was a party at the hotel and all the guests parked on the parking and we didn't have a parking spot

The location and free parking Room - There is no elevator to the upper floors, we had to carry our suitcases by hand. Terrible stairs - black and invisible and the worst thing, each step is a different height. Hold on tightly to the railing. In addition - there is no coffee set in the room or at least a kettle for hot water, the most elementary thing. Safe - The safe has a huge key that you have to carry in your pocket for the entire duration of your stay and for which you are asked to leave a deposit.

Restaurant, location, parking Bathroom has some problems, door cannot open properly because the basin is in the way☹️Something went wrong with the design. Just put a sliding door and your problem will be solved?No drinking water in the room.

Good location, a short walk to the lakeside, a grocery shop across the street. Clean. Most of the staff was friendly. Efficient AC. Limited free parking. The hotel has more of a guest house feel, no 24hrs reception - bear in mind you have to check in until 6.30pm and guess which entrance to use once the restaurant opens - need to use the back door in the evening. Checkout only possible after 9. Very limited choice at breakfast, no AC in breakfast room, nevertheless, coffee served in a classy restaurant manner. The pictures show very modern rooms, but some are nothing like the photos - old furniture, very wobbly bed. Poor wifi. Would be nice to have 'do not disturb' hangers to have an option of privacy. The hotel also owns a few pricy restaurants, but luckily there's more choice nearby.

Recently remodeled rooms. Very comfortable bed in one room out of two. Nice breakfast and serviable staff. Average comfort of bed in the second bedroom. Showers a little small and lacking a nozzle, just an overhead which isn’t practical.

Lovely relaxed feel. Immaculately clean bedrooms, great breakfast and lovely staff. The restaurant is a must, excellent food and children made to feel welcome.

A modern clean hotel a short walk from the lake. Helpful staff on reception. We were able to park our motorcycle in the private car park undercover. The room was clean and comfortable with a balcony with views of the lake and the mountains. Comfortable bed with a nice bathroom and shower. Air con worked fine.

The free secure parking was excellent. The location was good as just by crossing a busy road you were at the shores of Lake Maggiore, with plenty of opportunities to eat and drink (BUT take insect repellent spray!). The breakfast was basic, with no hot drinks machine, but the staff made a great coffee and were happy to make a second cup. The hotel has a restaurant, but we never ate there. There was also a supermarket over the road. When the restaurant was closed, you gained access via a back door to the building. Not really a problem but if it was dark some people may be nervous.

5 mins walk to the lake, offering a few nice restaurants to eat at. Very uncomfortable bed. Noisy road when window open. Bathroom - hairs all on the floor! Friendly staff and breakfast was ok - buffet style.

The room was comfortable, the host was very welcoming, patient and helpful, the location is perfect, the place has private parking, breakfast was good.
